Trust Auto Glass

While changing my windshield Marty was trying to pry it loose and in doing so damaged the roof with the handle of the tool he was using. Also damaged the trim and spread black adhesive on the paint. He denied damaging the roof and refused to cover the $1300 plus worth of damages. My insurance tried to contact his insurance and couldn't find any. Not sure if Trust auto glass is insured. If you still decide to use them ask for proof of insurance. He will tell you to file a claim for damages knowing you can't. Just call another company. He'll deny this review but I have it all on text that he would cover the damages. I had used them before with no complaint's but never again.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Had a wonderful experience here and and would HIGHLY recommend. I called yesterday and he got me in that afternoon, did the work himself, quickly, and was very knowledgeable. To boot, his lovely wife, who runs Tulips Eyebrow Threading next door, had some down time and came over to chat and keep me company while I waited. I was going to work one morning and on the highway my roof popped up and smashed my entire window I called around and I would get in the next day or two days. I called Trust Auto Glass and informed him what happened, immediately he went to see if he had all the parts and told me I could be there by 2:30. I got there, he immediately took my car to the back and made me feel comfortable in his office took him less than an hour and was done. Last Sunday, a tree branch destroyed the rear windshield of my 2014 Subaru Outback. The next day, I researched all of the auto glass places in the Portland area, and Trust Auto Glass came up as the best rated and best priced. I called Marty, and he was able to fix my windshield the same day for a great price in under an hour. Marty even helped me navigate payment from my insurance company. After about a week of driving through various weathers, my windshield still works/looks great! In a world where customer service is received less and less it was refreshing to do business with someone that understands and delivers on it. Javier (owner) called prior to arriving on Saturday morning as he said he would. He arrived a little early!! He was able to save the molding/seal on the current windshield of my '99 Dodge truck which saved me money. He was very congenial and answered all my questions. I watched the whole process and we talked throughout the entire install. The cost was far lower (30%) than anything else I found. I have a leak in the rear window and he gave me a quote which was more than fair. I will be dropping it off and have that fixed asap. Thanks Javier!!

I had a great experience at Trust Auto Glass. A hunk of ice shattered our windshield. We are to drive to our camp and couldn't with the windshield in that condition. Marty had the glass in stock and made time to install. He worked with our insurance and even texted me to offer me an earlier appointment.
