Got a chipped windshield on my 2011 Corolla a while back and heard these guys were in the area! Pulled up with no advance notice and they took care of me immediately. The service was quick, and the owner and employees were extremely friendly! They even pointed me in the direction of a reputable shop to get my inspection done since I am new to town, and offered to completely replace my windshield if it gets any more cracks or chips. Will definitely be going here for all of my auto glass/windshield needs!

I highly recommend obtaining an estimate from Trust Auto Glass before considering other options. JD, the proprietor, provides exceptional customer service. I recently had the windshield of my Lexus replaced at their establishment, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of work, great price, and the generous warranty offered. Trust Auto Glass also beat all competitors' prices. Additionally, when faced with a cracked windshield on my other vehicle, JD promptly and effectively resolved the issue.

I thought this place was great because they’re cheap, quick, and the employees seemed nice. I used them to replace the windshield and back glass on my HR-V and my boyfriend recently took his Sierra in for a new windshield. The glass itself is fine. For my car, I can hear broken glass in the hatch every time I open and close it. The sensor for my remote start wasn’t re-attached to the new windshield, which is fine, but should have been communicated. For the truck, there was broken glass all over the hood afterwards, the plastic piece that sits over the wipers was broken, and the visor that had to be removed is missing multiple bolts that hold it on. As disappointed as I am, I guess this is a classic case of “You get what you pay for.” Editing to add that they also forgot to replace the inspection sticker and told him to just wait another month to get it inspected since it was due soon. We’ve found screws and a couple brackets that fell down into the frame and have been rattling around since the windshield replacement. The owner (I’m guessing?) has blocked my boyfriend’s number to avoid taking any responsibility for this headache. It’s a shame because I had been giving their business cards to my coworkers in the auto industry to recommend them, but now I’ve made sure they know to go elsewhere if they need a windshield.

My daughter’s 2003 Civic needed a new front windshield. It had a big crack in it. I had made an appointment with Leon at Dynamic Auto Repairs and Tire Center in Chantilly, VA to have it replaced. He set up a time on November 7, 2024 with Arslan from Trust Auto Glass. Arslan did a fantastic job replacing the windshield. He brought the windshield with him on his truck. He was professional and super competent…he really knew what he was doing. He answered questions that I had. The windshield looks great and fits just perfect. Found this places number as needing a windshield that I had to pay for out of pocket due to insurance deductible. Safelite was double what these guys wanted..I'm not sure about you but quality of the glass replacement can't be used in this story as my oem windshield cracked the same as a replacement would of if hit but a big rock. But to be half the cost of safelite, wow. Now this place took me in when I called them without delay, the guys started working on my car when I got there. I watched most of the removal and install and it was the same method and tools used by safelite but half the cost..same glass as well..I'm ecstatic at finding a glass shop to use when 1 of my 4 cars needs replacement, it is trust auto glass...
