True Blue Auto Glass

When my windshield cracked while on vacation, I called my insurance company right away. I did not have glass coverage so the replacement would be out of my pocket. My insurance company said that they had discounts through a big named company. They turned out to be the most expensive, more than $120 more than True Blue. I emailed True Blue and they sent me an estimate promptly. They were the least expensive but their reviews were hands down the best. I booked them, received a phone call confirming and giving me the details of the day of appointment. Everything that they said was true. They were on time, courteous, and extremely professional. I am thrilled with the service I received and the price I paid. I will tell everyone to use True Blue and I will surely use them again if needed!

In the last year, True Blue Auto Glass has replaced two windows on two of our cars (windshield on one, rear window on the other) and they are excellent at what they do. Denise is very attentive and kind when getting a quote and setting up an appointment. The technician was also very professional, great at his job, and showed up on time. I especially appreciated how laid-back everyone was and how well they treated me as the customer. Prices are good too and Denise was very nice in looking for the best possible window prices, she really took her time for that. For the second replacement, I did speak to one customer service representative (before getting Denise on the line) who was a little curt and not very friendly. But it was a minor thing, overall service was excellent. My front windshield crack took over the whole window. When I called True Blue Auto Glass I was given a quote better than others and they would even come out and do the work at my location. It took about 4 months before I was able to get the work done but they still applied the discount that had been originally offered to me. After the install I found a flaw in the glass from the manufacturer of the glass. True Blue sent a representative to inspect the issue 2 days later. Them they replaced the windshield again at no extra charge and again at my convenience and chosen location. The staff and technician remained friendly and helpful no matter what. This is a great experience and one I feel you will have also. The glass was not cheep knockoff it had the factory tint stripe across the top even. Not a single piece of glass was found in the car after the installs. Great job to all of them. Thank you

All of the advertised convenience of coming to your home to perform the service means NOTHING is they never contact you on the day of your appointment and never show up at all. It's super frustrating to research multiple businesses, make multiple phone calls and inquiries, and finally settle on a place you think will do what they say, only to have the business act is if you never existed. Now, I have to have my car sit overnight again with a missing window while I choose another place to perform the replacement. Today was a completely wasted day waiting for them to keep my appointment, let alone even contact me. I wasn't even worth any contact on their behalf. True Blue Auto Glass is False in my book.

All Businesses should operate this well. From the first called I made to make an appointment for the installation of a new windshield, True Blue operated like a well-oiled machine. Despite having to re-schedule twice due to weather and travel restrictions, True Blue went out of their way to accommodate me. Both Scott and Denise were quick to return my calls/emails, and were both always very understanding and empathetic. The day of my appointment, the technician, Jay, showed up early (a very good sign in my opinion), was very professional and thorough. Before I knew it my windshield was installed and looking brand new. 5 stars all the way. Second time using True Blue glass and second time I was extremely pleased with the company. Super quick response time from submitting a request for quote online. Response was within 60 minutes. Setup a scheduled time for replacement within 24 hours. Of course, it was raining the morning of the scheduled replacement and my vehicle did not have access to a garage. John (Jon) called me to possibly reschedule the windshield replacement but keep open to possibility of still doing the replacement that day if the rain cleared by Noon. It did and Jon texted me about his availability for afternoon. He was at my location by 2pm and the replacement was completed by 3pm on the original scheduled day. The customer service, quality and workmanship from this company is excellent and cannot recommend them enough. Btw the first time I worked with this company was for a windshield crack repair that lasted over 2+ years.
