Triple Crown Auto Glass

Triple Crown was recommended by my insurance agent even though another company was their preferred repair service. My past experiences made me very anxious due to poor service and damage they created during the process. I was assured by Bryson they would be careful and they did an amazing job. I would recommend Triple Crown to everyone and if I am ever in need again I will certainly reach out to them.

A tree limb harpooned our front windshield while our car was sitting in our driveway. We contacted our insurance company, and they contacted Triple Crown Auto Glass. Triple Crown contacted us quickly and was able to set up our appointment for the next day. JT called me in advance to make sure someone would be home for our appointment and then updated us when he was on the way to our house and his arrival time. He was very friendly and courteous and took care of the windshield very quickly. He made sure to give us specific instructions afterwards and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with JT and the service he provided. We would highly recommend Triple Crown Auto Glass to everyone.

Exceptional service. Received estimates from several companies and despite the fact Triple Crown was a few dollars higher I went with them due to their professionalism. The lady who answered the phones was kind and courteous. The installers, JT and Turtle, were awesome and made the installation hassle-free and convenient. During the installation it started raining and they just kept plugging away. It's hard to think of any constructive criticism to offer such an exceptional business. We will be using them for all of our businesses glass replacement needs!

We needed a rear glass put in a ram with a flat bed and headache rack. The big name company with TV adds wasn't able to help us. I called triple crown, the person who answered the phone was knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. She set up an appointment for the next day I was able to bring in the truck. As soon as I got there they started working on it and less than an hour later I was good to go. I was a self pay. They saved me a bunch of money and they were able to do exactly what they said they could. I couldn't be more happy with the entire experience!

Triple Crown worked with my insurance company and made the process simple and easy to fix my broken windshield. Bryson was very pleasant to work with and changed my windshield in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself and kept my vehicle clean also. I appreciate the call ahead of time to say he was on the way over. Would recommend this company and work with them in the future. Absolutely amazing service I highly recommend as a 1st choice to anyone. Bryson informed me when he was coming and showed up exactly on time, he was very professional and kind. Took him only about 20 min to replace the windshield on my 2017 BMW 440i. They came with the OEM glass I requested and went above and beyond. Installation went flawlessly. They saved me from a nightmare situation that safelite had put me in. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Triple crown auto glass and the installer Bryson. The whole process from start to finish smooth and a night and day difference from safelite.
