Have had great luck in the past with TAG replacing a whole windshield, but fixing a rock chip was a different experience. I know they won't be invisible, but this fix is VERY visible, and with Safelight I've never had it be this visible. As you can see from the photo, the fill material is white on the surface...had multiple chips done by safelight and never had that issue. The repair person said that was normal and that perhaps safelight uses different material. Stick TAG for full glass repair not chips.

I requested a quote in a Saturday to replace my windshield because I got a bad crack in it over the weekend. They were super responsive and got back to me first thing Monday morning and got me scheduled. The price I was quoted was better than any of the other quotes I got and it included taxes, labor, etc. so when I was paying the day of there were no surprises or extra fees. The guy doing my replacement was really nice and got everything done well and within about an hour. Overall it was a GREAT experience for something no one enjoys having to get done and I would definitely recommend them!PositiveQuality, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

I developed three small chips and cracks in my front windshield. I contacted my insurance company on 12/27/18 to file a claim. They first recommended Safelite Autoglass. I went with the recommendation only to find myself completed disgusted and disappointed. You can read up on my review of the experience in both Google and Yelp. At any rate, I cancelled the referral on 1/2/19 and asked my insurance to give me another one. They then referred me to AutoGlassNow. Everyone at AutoGlassNow was friendly but they seemed unable to locate the appropriate windshield for my car. They advised me that it would only take 1-2 days for them to locate it. I gave up on them after waiting more than a week for them to secure it. I consequently reached out to my insurance company yet again on 1/16/19 in asking them for a third referral. They finally provided Triangle Auto Glass. I of course was skeptical given my experiences with the other two vendors but I found myself pleasantly surprised. The lady that I spoke with asked me for the VIN number of my car before scheduling anything. She said that she wanted to ensure that they had it in stock before scheduling so as not to waste my time. What’s more she stated that there were/are 12 different types of windshields that went with my car. She further provided that she needed to affirm if the windshield needed to come directly from the dealer or not. She provided that she did not want to keep me waiting so she’d call me back in ten minutes. She actually exceeded expectations in calling me back in 4 minutes to be exact. After doing so she assured me that there was no need to go through the dealer and that they had a comparable windshield. She also stated, “There’s no need for you to come to us because we come to you. We’re booked solid for the rest of the week but I can have someone out to your location of choice on 1/21/19 between the hours of 12 - 5.” She further provided that the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to ensure that I was there and to let me know that he was in route. The technician actually called me at 12:56 in advising me that he was a mere 20 minutes away. He advised that he would only need 45 minutes of my time along with my keys to complete the work. The technician finished the job in 39 minutes exactly per my estimate. While the windshield isn’t an exact match to the one that was preinstalled in my car, it’s more than sufficient and I am very pleased. Thank you Triangle Auto Glass for taking care of my windshield where others have failed. You have gained my family and I as customers for life.

This place was AMAZING! They kept in contact with me almost the entire time, except for the morning of the install, they had the wrong phone number to contact me on the installers forms. But either way, they were awesome! Aaron was very personable, and super quick with the install. The price was reasonable and they were very helpful in determining if making a claim with my insurance would be worth it or not. They even came out to me, I didn't even have to leave the house! I would reccomend this place to anyone who needs windshield repairs or replacement! THANK YOU TRIANGLE AUTOGLASS for making my first experience with a business in NC a VERY pleasant one! 😊😊🙂

I attempted to repair the rear window in my F150 due to a leak, to no avail. I ended up replacing the window and going through the whole process once more. When it still leaked, I knew it was time to seek professional help. I stopped in at Triangle Auto Glass to seek advice, ready to let them take care of it once and for all. When I walked in singing, the ladies in the front office didn't cry (: and were as nice as could be. The technician,Seth, stopped what he was doing and spent at least 20 minutes to help me figure out the problem. The only thing he asked for was a handshake. What a great group of people. I wouldn't go anywhere else for auto glass repair. Top notch people make a top notch company!!!

Passenger door glass was broken on rear door and cracked on front door. All happened overnight at hotel. We are from Atlanta visiting daughter in Durham, NC. Hotel GM called Mike at Triangle Auto Glass. They were booked for the day but he put us first on schedule for the next morning. They were also a preferred glass company with my insurance so no deductible. I chose to use OEM glass (which is what Heidi at TAG suggested) because of the curve in the laminated front door glass. Truck is only 2 years old with just 18k miles. Heidi contacted my insurance company to request OEM. Unfortunately insurance company has not gotten back to them but I paid the difference for OEM vs aftermarket. It was only $310.00. The technician, Mike was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone that I dealt with is top notch. TAG get 5 stars! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Rare to find exceptional customer service today but when you do it stands out. 100% recommend Triangle Auto Glass.
