Jerry is a very well respectful man. I called him on a Friday at 4:30. When a rock went through, my wife's windshield in her truck. He was at our business by 5:30 and had the new window installed. I would recommend his business to anyone that needs Auto glass He also has changed multiple windows for me. Very respectful, very well, trusted.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. They were ahead of the time that was scheduled. Took care of my windshield within the hour and also followed up with me afterwards to let me know about the curing process of the glue. This review is overdue! Got a crack in my windshield that spread quickly, and Tri-Cities gave me a quote at HALF of what SafeLite quoted. Jacob and his partner came out to my house and got the job done in no time at all. I will always recommend this company to everyone, especially people whose deductible is astronomical and need a cash option.

Excellent service and a fair price. There was no problem setting an appointment and they were available much sooner than I anticipated. We encountered a couple of problems on the day of installation, but Tri-Cities made sure that it got done within the same day. This was my first experience with any auto glass services, and it will be my first call next time.

Appointment time was true to say. I wasn’t at home thinking it would be after the allotted time. When Jerry called I was headed home and was not far. He waited and once I got home he immediately started. Very nice and professional and got the job done efficiently.
