We had a very hard to fix window on an x-type estate wagon. They are rare and we had to get the window from the UK but they did not send the whole unit so tri valley married part of the old to the new window so well that you cannot tell it was not OEM.

I came to Tony asking for an OEM windshield for my 2023 Honda CRV, with calibration for the sensors. He has a relationship with dealerships to get this OEM glass and he did it. He also gave me a very fair price on the parts. Labor was a little pricey but if you’ve received auto service in California you know what to expect. They don’t mess with insurance but will give you the paperwork to sort it yourself. You’ll spend some $ here but it will be done correctly. A few weeks have gone by and everything is working as expected: wipers, lane assist, speed limit camera, all working flawlessly. Not to mention the job looks great. I’m no professional but I can’t tell this windshield was even replaced. I wish I would have came here first as some other shops wasted time twiddling thumbs if they could get the OEM glass or not. If Tony can get it, and there’s a good chance he can from my experience, he will.

I called Tri-Valley Auto Glass the morning after a thief broke a window on my truck. He got me right in for a quick fix, was super friendly and helpful and offered me the use of a vacuum to clean up glass in my cab. Tri-Valley went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommended. I called a couple of the other bigger companies, and they all wanted me to come in for an appointment before giving a price. This shop made it real simple: quoted me a price on the phone and so I didn’t even want to shop around to see what others would charge. The work didn’t disappoint, and yeah, friendly shop with a very personalized an interesting interior was a plus as well.ServicesAuto rear window replacement

I had a horrific experience with Reno Dodge trying to get my windshield fixed. For over 2 weeks they never returned my calls. I finally got ahold of someone today 2/13. I was then hung up on, then called back and told my windshield will be $1300 due to front cameras and all the upgrades. I called Carson City Dodge and the service manager told me to call Tri-Valley. Ivy answered the phone and was amazing. She understood my situation, and listened to my concerns. Ivy looked up my durango by the vin # and behold my car doesn't have the front cameras that Reno Dodge is claiming it has. I have a appointment in a couple days to have the windshield replaced. Thank you Tri Valley Auto Glass for doing the right thing for your customers!ServicesAuto rear window replacement

I thought my insurance had a $100 deductible for windshields. Tri Valley called my insurance while we were on the line and it turned out my deductible was $500. I said ok and at that moment I though to myself, whelp I’m sure they’ll quote my just under $500...sure enough they said $450. I called another local place and didn’t mention any insurance and they quoted me $250. Now I’m sure Tri Valley will chime in and say it’s inferior glass, but TriValley gave me no other price/quality options and they said it was not OEM glass anyways. Also, Tri Valley wanted me to leave my car from 8-5, I got mine done in about an hour. Thanks but no thanks.
