They came on time, they told me what problems could arise when they saw I had some missing parts. they made sure the glass was spotless, and that my inspection sticker and E-ZPass was put back properly. The best part was they didn't try to give me a price and then tack on a recycle fee, only to barrage my phone with discounts when they didn't get my sale like their franchised safelite competitor. If you need a windshield, give them your business.

I reached out on a Saturday and John was quick to respond. Windshield install could have been done on Monday but my schedule prevented that from happening. John was flexible with appointments and the install was done first thing Tuesday without issue. Communication was excellent from beginning til end. Overall, a professional and easy transaction. So far, so good on the install.
