I had to return to Tony's 7 times to get my rear window replaced. They told me when it was first replaced it would take 2hours it I waited 5 hours. Then they put in the wrong window. The next day when I brought it to their attention I brought it back and David insisted that I was wrong that my truck never had a power window even though I have been the only owner of the truck. I took it back several more times to get the glass and regulator replaced. They could not get the trim parts but said they would call. I called them no less than 6 times with no calls back. When I called and I was told that all parts were in they were not. They replace one of four. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their very poor service and that I would advise the BBB the response was outrageous! On one of the many occasions when dropped my truck off I had to do before business hours. While I was working as a police officer I dropped the key. When I advised I would contact the BBB their customer rep said he knew I was in law enforcement and he would be filing a complaint on me. For what dissatisfaction with very poor customer service? Every day I take my job seriously and I care about the the people I serve, not like Tony. Save your time don't go there!

I called Tony's after being jerked around by another glass company on my 71 Chevy pickup. I was greeted by Hector on the phone and immediately he built confidence knowing exactly where challenges lie while doing a windshield on my model truck. He also ensured id be able to retain my factory trim around the windshield. He then went as far as to work with my schedule and got my in the next day. Their company is the best in Tucson hands down. "Trustworthy, reasonably priced and professional" are the words I would use to describe the team and service at Tony's Auto Glass. Spending a lot of time on the road and going to different events as a public figure makes safety a top priority for me. When my rear window stopped working I was shocked and nervous because I knew if it wasn't fixed ASAP at a good price, it could really slow down my day to day activities. A peer suggested I go to Tony's because of their great prices & work. So I stopped by for a quote and was blown away how quickly they were able to see why my window stopped working, how to fix it and suggest a very reasonable price. In conclusion, my window is now repaired (yay!), I feel safe once again knowing that my vehicle is not vulnerable but most of all it is a delight to know that in our city we have such a great team to rely on in case the need for more window work for myself/friends/family ever comes up again. I'm an Old Hat at Tony's Auto Glass! They did a fine job as always. The office gal was pleasant to talk to, and there was no urethane smeared anywhere. I took the tape off well past the 24 hours. They removed my dashmat to prevent it getting gooey with urethane. Left it off for 36 hours to be sure. We've had MANY windshields done there in the last 15 years. Never had any trouble. Cash price was very reasonable. Under $175 out the door! I only had one chip, but many pock marks in my windshield. Insurance would NOT have paid it, even I had had glass coverage.

All it took was for me to call Tony's Auto Glass and they did all the rest. From contacting the insurance company to setting up a time to conveniently come to my work to replace the broken windshield. There is no better company than Tony's Auto Glass to come to the rescue whenever there is a glass issue! Their team is courteous and very professional. They use original equipment glass. The technician was of the upmost careful and caring right down to the cleaning and removal and installation! [UPDATE 6/11/2018] I returned Hector's call within 5 minutes and he said he was going to be out of town for a job the next week and would like to reach out after that. it's been 19 days and I haven't heard from Tony's Auto Glass. I typically don't like to do reviews, but my experience here is going to cost me over $1000 and I hope others can learn from my mistake. I brought the vehicle in on 4/24 to have the windshield replaced. They were closing at the time they finished, and on my way home I noticed that there was a whistling sound on the freeway distortions in the glass that were in my field of view, and even worse distortions on the passenger side. While I was inspecting the glass, i discovered that both side moldings were about an inch short, and there was exposed metal in between on one side. It was a really shoddy job and looked terrible. I brought it back the next day to show Jesse and David and was told the issue was the aftermarket moldings. They said they needed to order them from Honda and that it would take a couple weeks to get them and that they would call me when they came in to replace the windshield and moldings. I waited 2 weeks and didn't hear anything, so I called to check for status and was told Jesse would call me back. He didn't, so i drove down the next day and he told me that they were still waiting for moldings, i checked back the next week and he told me initially that he had checked the status and they were still waiting for moldings from the dealer. On 5/22 I still hadn't heard anything, so i called Chapman Honda myself and inquired about the moldings, they said they had all 4 in stock, and that they had been in stock for weeks, with multiple sets. I went to talk to Jesse about this on 5/23 and he told me there must have been a misunderstanding.... OK. We scheduled for 5/24 to replace the glass and to his credit, Jesse did bring 2 windshields for me to inspect for distortions before installation, and both were good. He also showed the molding fitment, which was much better with the Honda parts. After 2.5 hours, the car was done and I was then charged for the new moldings, and then I drove home. On the drive home, i discovered that i now have a loud rattle on the passenger side in the a-pillar and the dash near the windshield on the passenger side! I am so disgusted, I am not going to let them touch my car again, they are either incapable of doing the job correctly or they just don't care enough. So now after $330, 6+ hours of my time, and nearly a month of waiting, I get to go pay a dealership to do it right.
