The person on the phone told us there would be a 1 hour wait from start to finish. She assured us multiple times so we went. We sat there for 4 hours appalled at how long it took. We finally left and called them to speak with a manager. We were told the manager would call us within the hour (notice the theme here?) And they still have not reached out to us. Completely unprofessional and inefficient business. We will not be returning.NegativePunctuality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

I went to get a cracked windshield replaced at the Oracle location, they did do a good job and the windshield looks great however I immediately noticed that the windshield wipers weren't positioned correctly, something wasn't done right during the installation. I couldn't lift one if the wipers up because it would hit the hood of the car, seems like they were positioned too low if that makes sense. I went to the Irvington location since Oracle is closed on the weekend, and they were nice enough to take a look and fix the problem. I feel a lot better and glad everything is where it should be, both locations were good it just is inconvenient that Oracle is closed on the weekends.

I really don't write Google reviews because if they're great then they look fake and if they're bad then they look like an outlier. But I am doing so here because Tony's exceeded every expectation that I had. Why? Because they were SOOOO much better than my past experiences using Safelite. Here is why: 1. Because they were able to schedule me for service the next day. 2. Because they didn't auto-reschedule me for a different day (not of my choosing) without notice or warning. 3. Because their customer service answers a phone (and yes, it is a "HUMAN" and not a bot). 4. Because their prices were SOOOO much lower. 5. Because they actually had the windshield on the date they said they would AND it actually fit the car. 6. Because they worked through the pains of dealing with the insurance company (so I didn't have to). And on top of all of that, they said that it would take two hours to complete the replacement, but it actually only took an hour and a half (while I waited). Speed, Ease, Convenience, Quality and at a price that you can afford? I wouldn't believe this review if I read it, so do yourself a favor and give these folks a call before going down the frustrating road paved by Safelite. I am gladd that I did!

Only bad thing I have to say about them has nothing to do with the window they did a great job. I just was a bit upset that once I got my car back my passenger arm rest was broken . My car went in with out any damages to the inside , and when I let them know , the guy tells.me that base on my cars year, the way they take off the frame to replace the window, they don't have to remove the screws from the arm rest area, yeah maybe that was the case but maybe the guy who was working on it didn't know , and he probably took it off from there then realized that he didn't have to ,but by them must of accidentally broken it. I really wasn't making a big deal about it I just wanted them to fix what was broken by them , because my door, was not like that when I took it in. Now I still haven't heard anything back from them.ServicesAuto side window replacement

My husband and I stopped in Tucson, at Tony's for a rock chip windshield repair. We were traveling and still 1800 miles from our destination. The auto glass tech told us he wasn't sure if the repair would hold do to the nature of the chip. The staff (at the counter and in the shop) were VERY helpful and professional! We were not charged for the repair! Don't know if that is routine for this place or ..... That repair was 4 months ago and is holding! Thank you so much Tony's! Russ & Carole

I have had the worst experience dealing with Tonys Autoglass! First off, to get anyone to return a follow up call on service is impossible and when you express your dissapointment it's a waste of time. I had to take my vehicle back three times to fix a problem caused by an improper installation and still had to take it to another company to fix the problem they created! In times like these, you expect to have at the very least, average service, especially from a family owned business. However, that was not the service I got from this establishment! I always try to support the local guy, but based on my experiences with this company I will think twice before doing that again! I strongly encourage anyone to keep away from this autoglass company! I will go as far to reaffirm that I am NOT a competitor of this company nor am I someone interested in taking business away from them. I am simply a consumer who had a terrible experience using thier services. I was simply looking for quality and service and I struck out! If this helps anyone to avoid an experience like mine, then I'm glad I took the time to write this review!!!
