Tom's Windshield Repair & Auto Glass

I am a traveling registered nurse. I shattered my back windshield on a Saturday and they were able to install a new back windshield on Monday. They even installed a new front windshield for me that had a crack In it at the same time. Everywhere else wanted me to wait until Wednesday or Thursday and with how much traveling I do for work I couldn’t wait and he kindly and quickly took care of me. I will DEFINITELY be back for future needs. VERY nice crew.

Went "dumpster driving" and backed my minivan into the handle of a commercial dumpster in Foley on my way from Northern MN to Spicer and shattered my back window. Ruined trip? No, thanks to Tom and his fabulous and friendly staff! I headed to the shop and they took it right in, put plastic wrap over the broken back window, vacuumed out the broken glass, and had me back on my trip in about 15 minutes! Well worth what I was charged. I definitely recommend Tom's Windshield Repair!

TEN STARS!!! Fantastic experience with Tom! We hit a pheasant on our way to St. Cloud for the weekend. We called him and he went above and beyond to get us in and our windshield fixed. He had my husband bring our truck to the shop and gave him a ride back to our event. We found a ride back to his shop when it was done but he was more than willing to drop our car off. He also took care of all the insurance details...we literally hit a pheasant, went to our event and had our car back, perfect, with no effort of our own. Tom is a fantastic guy and I cannot recommend his shop enough. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!! Thanks again, Tom!!

Top notch customer service! Got the run around from the 3rd party agency that handles glass claims for my insurance company. Called Tom to see what I needed do to get my windshield replaced and he took care of everything from there! He came and got my car (the next day!), replaced the windshield and is dealing with my insurance company directly so I don't need to worry about a thing. Seriously couldn't have been easier! Thanks Tom!

I was originally sent somewhere else to have the windshield on my 1979 f150 with a visor above it replaced, but after bringing it to Safelite because of my insurance said to they didn't have the knowledge or tools there, on the exact same day I called Tom's and got an estimate, not to mention he had the tools to remove the visor, a windshield on hand and did it within a hours worth of time and was easier, more pleasant to deal with, absolutely love his work.

If you want to deal with an owner who will berate you in the middle of the street, you found the perfect business! I got my windshield replaced and I was very pleased with how fast Tom's was able to do it, until I got my car back and saw how crappy the installation was and found scratches in the leather on my dashboard from the glass they wiped away. When I called Tom to alert him to the damage his team had done, he was incredibly rude to me, accused me of lying about the damage, then ultimately agreed to fix it once I told him that my uncle is a lawyer and wouldn't hesitate to bring him to court. About a month later I walked out to my car and found a crack down the middle of my windshield once more, only this time the crack originated from under my rearview mirror on the inside (no chip on the outside of my windshield). I called Tom again for him to replace it under warranty since there was no way that I had caused this crack. He desperately tried to find a chip in the outside of the windshield to explain the crack, but when he couldn't he decided to instead blame me for "hitting my mirror too hard" which apparently didn't knock off my mirror, but split my windshield. I informed him that I had not hit my mirror and had witnesses in my car the night before to verify that the windshield was not cracked, but his only response was to scream at me that he wasn't going to cover it under warranty and call me names. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with this man EVER! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life, especially by a business owner. I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and filing a claim in small claims court because I hope no one ever has to go through what he put me through. GO TO SAFELIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
