Auto power window wasn't working, and the window was stuck in the down position. Found this location online, the owner was courteous, friendly, and competent. He went above and beyond to assist me- got it working, but will return for a full system change. Reasonable cost as well. Interestingly, after this incident, later the same day, my passenger side mirror broke off- called him again, and again, he got me in and out. He was generous enough not to charge for the quick fix. If your in need of any type of window or windshield replacement or work , This is where you want to go! I called Safelight Auto Glass to get a windshield replaced on my work truck, they wouldn't do it to the age & some rust on my roof, I figured I was out of luck, stopped in & seen Eddie & he said no problem & not only could he do it he as able to get it in the next business day! He was also very competitive in price ( better price than I was quoted by Safe light) my truck was done in 45-60 mins Eddie even offered to pick me up ( I had dropped of my truck) Eddie & his guys are the real deal! they go out of their way to help you! So if your in need of any type of window work do yourself a big favor call him or stop in & see them, you'll be glad you did! I know I am! Great people Great work!

Great service, with fair honest prices. The owner is amazing he communicates about what he has done as well as going to do. He is a respectful, honest businessman. He keeps his word. In my case not only did he replace my windshield but he went above and beyond the service I came for. He noticed my bumper was damaged and loose paint was peeled he adjusted my bumper told me to come back in the next business day so he can fix the other issues he knew how to repair. I came back Monday morning and he did exactly what he told me he was going to do. Whatever he unable to do he will send you to someone he trust. The best price in town. When I told the SafeLite guy the Auto Glass quote of $200, he immediately said 'I can't touch that.' And when I got to my appointment with Eddy (same day), I was in and out in less than an hour -- even with him taking the time to take apart my door panel when he noticed it was broken from the inside. Excellent work, Excellent service, Excellent/ Affordable price. In comparison with other estimates received this company surpassed my expectations! I needed a windshield replacement; I called this business the gentleman (had the product in stock, quoted a MUCH cheaper price, had open availability) was able to reserve an appointment around my busy schedule. I came prepared to wait a few hours, the gentleman finished my windshield sooo fast. As a result I had time to get errands completed. HAPPY CUSTOMER:)

My sunroof blew off driving over the high bridge a couple weeks ago when we had the very bad wind advisory ... yes my sunroof and I really have never heard of such of thing. Thankfully I was recommended to Toledo Auto Glass which now finding out that they are one of the only few places in Toledo that are able to fix such a thing... Thank GOD! Not only were they able to get me in within the same day.. but they were able to get me in, replace my sunroof and for half the price of other places were charging me all within a hour of calling them! They truly were amazing and I would rate them a 10/10 ..would recommend to every and anyone!!! Thank you so much.. I appreciate the Customer service given to me!!
