They provided me with all the information I needed, guided me through the process, and even helped connect with my auto insurance to file the claim. The technician who came to my home was punctual, skilled, and friendly. The replacement was done with great care and precision, and the whole experience was stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent service and customer care. I highly recommend Titan Auto Glass to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement.

Jorge was so sweet! It was raining out, kinda chilly. But he didn’t complain at all. Took his time to do it right. Made me laugh the whole time. Very good guy. They were the first company to respond to my estimate inquiry, and hundreds less than the one that called right after them. Didn’t even bother with the third company that called me back. Clarissa was very nice on the phone. I’m just so grateful they were so quick and did such a great job. And he put me in such a good mood for the day!

Was thoroughly impressed by this company! Not only did I call them after noon on a Thursday, but they were able to work with my insurance company AND send TWO technicians to my house to replace the cracked windshields of two of my cars. When all was said and done, both cars had new windshields before 5pm that same day I called, and because of my insurance, it was at no cost to me! I will be recommending Titan Autoglass to all my friends, neighbors and acquaintances! Very highly satisfied!

Very professional and friendly staff. Complete information and competitive pricing were provided up front. They had also provided complimentary Lyft transportation after dropping off my vehicle and upon my return pickup. An issue with the replacement windshield was discovered several days after installation but resolved with care and attention. Throughout this experience, Titan Auto Glass exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend their services. A+++

I waited to post this review because I wanted to see how about a week the glass would stand. Well, it's been well over a month with harsh rain and weather and I can gladly say the glass is STILL holding up, no leaks or anything. I honestly would recommend their services to my friends and family, mainly because they communicated with me through the whole process and answered my questions. Even Adrian who installed the glass was super cool and he let me know if there was anything he needed from me. I highly recommend them, you will not regret it!
