Texas Prime is an outstanding company theme mat pays attention to detail, gives excellent customer service. Ed asked all the right questions to make sure he installed the right new windshield for my Ram Pickup. He made an appointment with me late this morning and showed up on time. Ed answered all my questions and explained the whole process to me regarding the installation. This is my new GoTo Auto Glass. Nice to meet a man who cares about his customer’s. He made sure I was completely satisfied with everything involved with the installation. And his service. I would give him a 10 if it were an option. We chatted on a Friday, he offered very fair prices (better than other spots in town) AND comes to you, and he was punctual for the time we scheduled on Monday. Came to the house which was super convenient. Ed transferred the toll tag and registration onto the new windshield perfectly - no hassle getting new decals!! He prioritized my repair, offered an affordable price, and made the quarter-size damage almost invisible. The technician was very friendly and even accommodated my schedule by doing the repair on a Friday evening. A fantastic experience overall!
