Where do I start!... I had multiple companies break their appointments to fix my windshield and I had to take a day off on a Monday of all days. I Reached out to Texas Independent Auto Glass and they made it a priority to take care of my needs ❤️!!! This Family owned company has your satisfaction and safety at heart. Technician Bryan was so professional and took care in not to break anything in the disassemble of my cars trim. The car is looking so new and I couldn't have made a better choice in a company. ☆☆☆☆☆

Quick and very meticulous. Price was perfect and they cleaned out majority of all the glass unlike some of the other places do. The owner was very friendly and fixed a problem with the window that neither I or him saw was going to happen. The window kept going down after it went up. Apparently it only happens on older model Toyotas in the front but now it happens in all of them. You have to hold the switch up for certain amount of time and then it stops doing it and it resets. All these new cars have all these sensors and he knew how to fix it right away.

I called first thing in the morning to get my window replaced. He tells me that he had a full day, but could fit me in at the end of the day. Then he called me and said he was running late due to another job taking longer. I expected that he wanted to reschedule for another day. To my surprise he just wanted to push my appointment back 30 minutes! Now hes staying past close to fix my window! Much appreciated!

The side panels to my windshield flew off on the highway months after he replaced my windshield. Also he didnt replace my windshield wipers properly and I had to adjust them myself. These guys are excellent. We were on vacation in the Austin area and had 2 windows broken in a smash and grab. Local Ford dealerships could not help but one recommended these guys. Diego quickly understood my situation and was able to find matching replacements for both windows, go and pick them up in San Antonio and install both in less than 24 hours of my call! Amazing team!
