I wish I could leave less than 1 star, showed up at my place of employment where I was the only person there and as a women i DO NOT open the door to people I do not know. These two guys showed up POUNDING on the door, multiple times! They called dispatch and threatened to break out the windows in our trucks on PRIVATE property for an invoice that they made a mistake on and kept charging tax when we were tax exempt. This is absolutely so unprofessional. It's called picking up a phone and calling and discussing it not showing up pounding on doors, threatening to bust out windows, and swearing. Obviously if we didn't answer the first time your pounded we're not going to answer. As a woman I find this messed up I am not comfortable with 2 grown men pounding on a door and threatening to vandalize our vehicles. DO NOT CALL THEM. and the best part is they even tried to leave a card on my windshield - yeah definitely NOT going to EVER call this company!
Never A Dull Moment
Came to my house & took care of both my cars. One needed new windshield & the other a chip fix. The guys were about an hour & were fantastic. Excellent job & great customer service personality. The lady who answers the phone at business does a fantastic job as well communicating with us customers. Thank you very much for all your hard work & great jobs you do. A+

So, they were super friendly & got me in the same day for chip repair but the lady stated she was "in training" & let me know there would be a small visible bubble from the chip repair (which I understand) but the job was done so poorly that the chip & cracks are all still visible & the resin is already has a small chip so we shall see how they honor their warranty if it doesn't hold up...

Firt things first, Julie is beyond awesome and helpful and made my windshield replacement process seamless and easy. I was having issues with insurance and she got on the phone with Progressive and got everything squared away. Second thing is timing, they had my windshield replaced in one week, whereas other companies were saying several weeks just to get my glass in. Third thing is the technician, he was nice, professional, fast, and thorough! Had my windshield replaced and calibrated in less than an hour! New windshield from the comforts of my home! Finally, the quality of their work is superb. Windshield looks exactly like it did when the vehicle rolled off the lot. I truly appreciate this company for making this process so pleasant and easy for me as I am already going through a lot in general. They gave me one less thing to worry about!

(Pictures shown are exactly how they left the car after setting the glass in the door and leaving*) I paid them to install a window and discussed up front that I would leave the keys and cover it with a large tent that had walls due to expecting rain… on the day of the appointment Julie texted that they were not coming due to the rain, we again discussed that the tent has walls and that there shouldn’t be an issues with “it raining sideways “ so they finally said they’d go out... Then I get a call from Julie where she was extremely agitated telling me that she was “in the middle of something she didn’t want to be in the middle of” which was confusing as I paid them to fix a window and she was unable to properly communicate that the battery had died and they couldn’t finish so they left after someone randomly sign paperwork they claimed absolved them of responsibility to finish even though I gave no permission to take someone else’s signature especially without discussing it with me first when that should have been a discussion with ME that they would need to reschedule finishing the job… Then I get a call back saying that my options were to get my $80 refund for just the labor or schedule them to come finish and pay MORE MONEY for them to do so and then 30 minutes later Julie called me saying my options changed and were either give back the glass they left and get a full refund or they would come out and finish. But not today. which is not okay since I paid for the full install service already. So they say they would either make me wait an entire additional week to come finish. It should not take 3 weeks to end up doing the work myself and I still have not gotten a refund for even just the labor, the communication and costumer service skills were absolutely appalling.

I had a chip "repaired" here. Didn't get a warm and fuzzy when I had it done. They had a inexperienced kid do it in cold weather and now the chip has reappeared. When I asked if they could fix it they said no. They told me sometimes that happens - and I was out of luck. I now have to get my other vehicle windshield replaced and - they are out of luck. Lesson here, don't get chi p s repaired outside when it's cold by inexperienced workers.
