This is such an ideal example of what a local and independent business should look like! Kenneth really went out of his way to accommodate my needs, and to provide me with the services I needed. Unlike big corporations or franchises, I could feel that I was genuinely treated honestly, and that Kenneth and his employees only did the repairs that were needed for me, without pushing me to pay for any extras. I had some rust issues, and they really made sure the work was done right so the repairs will last. I had a very positive experience, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good and affordable service, while supporting local businesses!

Found out just before a holiday weekend that my side window had been smashed. Got some quotes and this place was over a hundred bucks cheaper than the first place I checked. Called immediately and was told that they were booked up for the day and wouldn't be back until after the holiday weekend. I said that was fine, but he told me he'd call me right back after he checked with his supplier. Called me back and told me he could squeeze me in today. Got my car back later that afternoon (right before a big thunderstorm came through, whew!). Excellent customer service. Bobby was truly the nicest guy I’ve ever met and most knowledgeable. Went to have 6 chip spots filled on windshield because tint place wouldn’t perform tinting until fixed. Bobby explained why these were just surface scratches and didn’t require repairing. He gave a great education on (glass & layers) and how repair process works. He even spoke to the tinting shop for me so they would understand why repairs not needed. They were thankful for his expertise and agreed to proceed with tinting. I’ll be recommending this business to family and friends going forward. Totally satisfied customer. Superior, a small family owned business with a long history and experienced staff, replaced the rock damaged windshield on my '21 Chrysler Pacifica. Technology, with cameras that "see" through windshields, has made such repairs an advanced job where you want the right tech using the right equipment to ensure it all works properly after the repair (i.e., calibration). Superior checks those boxes. I was also impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable front office staff. Insurer approval was required to use OEM glass. Superior handled this not so easy task and kept me informed. Highly recommend.

Great company, came here after some bad luck on 495 in Virginia. Called these folks to inquire about getting the glass replaced with a OEM Toyota Windshield. My cars security features won’t work properly with aftermarket. They were able to quote me for the replacement and even negotiated with my insurance company for them to pay for the more expensive replacement. They were flexible with scheduling and I was in and out in 1 hour. Had the glass replaced and camera reprogrammed at the same place and everything functions properly. Even though I did not get my windshield repaired here, I stopped in to get some advice on my Lexus LX570 SUV’s windshield repair done by another shop. Not only was Ken friendly and personable, he obviously has a thorough knowledge and experience in the windshield business. He took time out of his schedule to go on a test ride with me. Excellent customer service as some business don’t want to give you the time of day if you aren’t spending money with them. Ken provided great service and advice and if my windshield cracks again, I know where to bring my vehicle.
