Sergio was a life saver and his company provided great service at an even greater price! My windshield was cracked and insurance wouldnt replace it. Called safelite first and was quoted an outrageous price and i would have to drive to their shop (1+ hrs away) and it would take 3+ hours! All other places quoted around the same price. By the time i found Sergio i was in tears from frustration! He not only immediately calmed me with his professional tone he cheered me considerably with a quote around 1/3 of of the cost everywhere else! And he could come to me! The day of my appointment i was given a 2 hour window for arrival. The tech reached out to me 30 minutes before arrival and arrived promptly. Work was completed in under an hour and they were very courteous and obviously skilled at what they do. My children enjoyed watching them work and even pretended to "spy" on them, i appreciated the techs response, patience and kindness towards my kids. All in all it was a great experience from the first phone call to payment when the work was completed. No hidden fees, extra charges etc. Price was exactly what i was quoted with easy mobile payment options. I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone needing glass repair!

BEWARE! This is not a Jupiter business. The address they list is a fake. Sergio sends subcontractors from out of the area (it came up as Glass Planet when they called me), and does not show up himself. My windshield was replaced due to a leak at the bottom (which was confirmed by my mechanic). About 30 minutes after the new install there was rainstorm and I discovered a completely new water leak coming from the top center, water flowing into my overhead light and dripping down into my center console. I called the techs to come back, but they refused, as they were already on their way to another job. Then Sergio called and accused me of lying about the new water leak. He refused to send someone back to even look at it! Then told me I have to get my car checked out by a body shop before he would consider a refund. Totally unprofessional! I got so angry it turned into a screaming match. I had to get a different auto glass company to replace the windshield again, which fixed the leak btw! They also showed me how messed up Sunny Shine's (aka Glass Planet) install was and they were very angry about Sunny Shine false advertising as a Jupiter business, saying they take away from the real local businesses and they end up having to fix bad jobs like this all the time! Guys before calling this company I want you to read this. The company arrived to fix my windshield and before starting I came out to meet them and hanged them the towel to cover the dashboard to prevent any damages during installation. I think I repeated twice to put this towel on. After that I went back to the house and let them work on it. When they finished I inspected the car and of course they damaged part of the dashboard on my brand new car. I got furious because they could prevent this if they would listen. I found also the sharp blades on my leather seats and outside of the garage. Also, I found out that they really don’t communicate in English. They signed the paper that they will cover damages. I went to my dealer and get estimate to fix but of course they want me to use their guy to save money. Why should I trust them to give them another job if they screw it one already. Also the safety fixture don’t work properly on the new windshield and they are blurry. They telling me I don’t have rights to go to my dealer because it is a law. I just warn you guys to not to use this unprofessional bunch of people to do anything with your car. I will not go to their place because I don’t simply Trust them! You better of calling Safe Glass Repair at least they are recognized by insurance which I called today and they told me they are 3rd party kind of company!!!!ServicesAuto windshield repair
