Referred by my mechanic and so grateful for the referral.. Shaffer reached out to me before I could even call. I was met at my home. Arrived an hour earlier than estimated (which is wonderful) I went outside to the remove the broken glass from my backseat and they were already working! Professional and fast! With an affordable price that can't be beat plus quality work! All around win. Would definitely recommend!

My car was broken into and they broke my front window on the driver’s side. I was so distraught. I called Southside auto glass and spoke with Mr. Schaffer he came out and replaced my window. Our sons truck window was broken into right before Christmas I googled best windows repair and Southside Auto Glass, LLC came up and I called hoping someone would be able to come to our home to do the repair. I recently purchased a used car and everytime it rained water would leak through my light fixture from my sunroof and i would have to place towels on the console and gear section.I googled and went to several auto glass repair shops for quotes and they all tried to take advantage as well as insult my intelligence. I was an auto glass apprentice however i didn't specialize in "sunroofs"that's how i was able to ascertain-they were constipated. We had a storm the. other day and it rain profusely.so i googled some more repair shops "near me" and this was one of the 1st to populate. This guy's a godsend. In under 5-10 minutes we identified and resolved the issue and it didn't require me to replace the sunroof.i highly recommend him.I wish i would have known about it sooner.

I thought I was going to have to replace my windshield. If it rained outside, I got rain inside my windshield. If I went through the car wash, I got water inside my windshield. I was almost in tears because the dealer told me how much they were going to charge me to look at the issue. But thank God I was referred to Southside Auto Glass because he hunted for the leak issue until he found it, then he fixed it for way less that what the dealer wanted to charge me. I didn’t have to replace my windshield after all. If you have a glass issue this is the place to get it solved. Great customer service, reasonable prices and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend
