Sof was professional and great to work with! He offered free same day mobile service, was great with communication , arrived in a timely manner, did excellent service (within an hour!), cleaned up and even asked us what stickers we still wanted from our previous windshield! With the most reasonable prices I could find in federal way/tacoma area, I’m so glad to have gone with his company and support a small (hardworking) and honest business! I was shopping around for a new windshield and I happened to come across Sof’s business. I gave him a call and he was able to provide me a quote right away and was flexible with his availability. He came to my house and explained the process and precautions for how to maintain my windshield in good condition. He was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

I called a bunch of places, no one would even answer and then they would text me I would reply asking for a quote but took hours to get back to me. I called Sof, they immediately answered and gave me an estimate immediately which was a great price not over priced at all. They also were able to fit me in two days later. Definitely would recommend if you are in need of a window replacement!

I called late on a Friday, worried and barely able to see through the damaged glass, which was luckily still intact but dangerously close to falling out. I explained my situation and how nervous I was, and I couldn’t believe it when he said he would come help—even though it was already 7:30pm.
