I realy thankful to those guys for the way have done the work and charged the money. really the service was value for money. I have Honda Accord and got my car windshield changed from there. and now i am happy with new one as older one was scratched badly. Moreover i would like to tell all it is the good place to get your car windshield repaired...

I have been to the snake river over the years several times for our home needs and have always been SO pleased with the excellent, friendly and efficient service here.... the staff are amazing and the cost for service is well priced. Last week I needed a small piece of glass replaced and was shocked when they did not charge me for it. Thank you for your good will and good work!! After calling around to a few other replacement shops i decided to go with snake river because of the warrenty, customer service, and price quote. They were extremely professional and worked with my insurance company with ease. I didnt have to worry about making phone calls or dealing with paperwork. The glass was installed quickly, and was ready when it was supposed to be. The warranty on the windshield was better than anyone else had offered and for that alone i would highly recommend Glass Doctor.

He is honest, hard-working and very good at his job and I appreciate his professionalism and kindness to me when my car was broken into and my window shattered. His prices are also very affordable and well worth the cost.

Absolutely the worst service i have ever experienced. They broke my first windshield trying to put it in and they told me they would order me a new windshield and would be charged the original quote. Two weeks later and a lot of hassle they replace it. I go to pay for it and i was dealing with the owner. He told me it would be more than double the original quote that had been given to me and threw the most unprofessional and threatening fit i have ever seen from any type of employee, especially from an owner. He took my debit card from me and charged me for the windshield which was still almost double of my original quote and swiped it without my permission. He slammed staplers yanked receipts and crumpled up paper like a two year old throwing a fit. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for an upstanding and professional experience.

My car recently got broken into and I needed to replace my front passenger window. Dreading getting it fixed I thought I was going to spend an Arm an a leg to fix something I didn't do. I asked multiple glass replacement for quotes in my Local area and this place gave me the best quote. I was worried that I would be charged for more then what I was quoted but not at all I was charged what I was quoted! I'm so happy that Sam stuck to his word. He also said it would take about 45 min and it actually took only 35! This place is great and I'm very happy with the service and the out come! I highly recommend it!

Hello Guys I like this jagai for windshield work. She gets very good and good service in less time.Just pass the BMW, the glass of the car was broken.They did a great job from him.They can make Pepsi and Tea Paste in the customer.If I ever do any of my car glass or any other work, then I would like to accept that heinous thing.I am fully satisfied with the work of the Snake River team.So I want to say thank you to the whole snake river.
