The company has rapid a response time and professional. Laura Sigmon returned my call after I completed a repair request within an hour. She also emailed me within the hour. My concern was with the quality of the repair. I am aware that some evidence of a crack maybe visible. However the area was not completely filled. A small hole was still present. Laura did offer to take a look when I notified her. She told thay she could deducted $50.00 off the price of a new window in stead and to pay them an additional $450.00 to replace and calibrate the windshield. They "sealed" a Crack from a rock in my windshield much smaller than a dime. They said you can still a small spot but....IT WILL NOT RUN NOW...FAST FWD LESS THAN 6 HRS LATER. IT HAD CRACKED IN TWO DIRECTIONS...THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO REPLACE THE WHOLE WINDSHIELD. Needless to say I went a more reputable class repair and it was FREE TO REPLACE MY WINDSHIELD!!! I don't not recommend this place. However the lady at the desk was very nice but that's the only good thing about my experience with this place. PS I've had these rock damages fixed multiple times over my years of driving and I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN. 1st pic is after they "repaired" 2nd is original before 3rd pic is 5 and half hours later

Good communication, very good prices, (on two windshields), and conscientious. The installer pointed out that my windshield had been replaced before by someone who was in a hurry and there was rust from a lack of prep work. He did what he could to make it better. High recommendation for this company!

The team at Sigmon really saved me on my recent trip to South Carolina. Great service by Greg. Had a cracked windshield and talked with him and insurance company. Left truck at 9:00 am and truck was ready at 10:30 ! Take your cracked windshield to Sigmon Glass !!
