I called to make an appointment for my husband's 2013 Nissan Altima windshield replacement. Fred made the appointment immediately with price quote over the phone. I went here today and they were amazing! Someone broke into my car and while every other place was saying I had to wait weeks for a new window they were able to do it after a weekend. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person! I set up my appointment over the phone and the person was polite and made me feel very comfortable. I feel like thats the most important part when you call a business. My window was repaired in 2 hours and I was fine sitting in the shop while it was done. It was very clean. Very satisfied with the repair and I could have had it done the same day. I chose the next morning but I will be coming here in the future if needed. Pricing was more reasonable than other places one which quoted me a outrageous amount. I highly recommend .

Didn't like that they assume it's ok to take photos of your vehicle with asking first! I'm not asking for anything but any company that photographs your car or anything for that matter should always compensate you because their services weren't free. Other then that my vehicle looks good! I would recommend them, they were quick and friendly.

After my vehicle was broken in overnight, I found this business through a Google search, and I am glad I did. Mr. Rivera was very friendly, professional and was willing to work with me fitting me into his schedule. He replaced the broken window and returned my car in impeccable condition.
