I had to deal with Connie the owner which was a pleasure she knows her stuff and then Matthew the installer tech which I could not say enough good things about him he went out of his way on my 1999 Chevy suburban windshield install it amazed me with the professionalism and knowledge he had to make sure your vehicle was better than new Thank you again they are located at 3725 N 126th st Unit N Brookfield Wi and to be honest 5 stars is not enough truly pleased. Absolutely fabulous! Having to repair a windshield or window in your car is upsetting. But, having to repair all the windows, yes ALL the windows can be devastating. On your emotions and your wallet. When you have a business that treats you with care and not just a ding on the cash register, it makes all the difference. It is rare these days to find a business that looks at you as a person. With respect and dignity in a difficult situation. Not only was the Customer Service A+, the work that was done was high quality and yes it was done the same day. I highly recommend same day Auto Glass on North 76th Street.

We had a great experience with our first trip to SameDay Auto Glass. The car we purchased several months ago came with very darkly tinted windows, dark enough that they were illegal. Connie was very helpful in getting us set up to have the front passenger and driver side windows replaced with clear windows the same day. The work was done quickly and professionally by technicians Matthew and Theo. We were in and out in around an hour. It’s been a week since the windows were replaced and there have been no follow up problems. The price for both windows was less than the named competitor’s price for replacement of just one window! Based on our experience we would definitely recommend Connie and her team at SameDay Auto Glass!

Wow! I didn't know customer service like this still existed. I called on Friday morning on my way to work just to setup up an appointment, thinking it would be a couple of days before they could see me, but by 1:30 pm that day l had a new front windshield. Connie is amazing! She's is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and beyond accommodating. She said I could bring my car in right away and they'll take care of it. It would take no more than 1 hour. Since I was caught off guard with a business offering such an immediate response I wasn't prepared. I explained that I couldn't because I was on my way to work. She said it wasn't a problem and they would come to my place of work and do the repairs! Her and her team came and had it done in less than 20 minutes. My windshield looks great and the team left no mess behind. This business is completely about customer service. I'm still in awe of the whole experience. If you need any kind of auto glass repair this is the only place to go.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had them do a chip repair on my truck. Even though it was a same day deal, the quality of work was despicable. (please see photo... This photo was taken outside, NOT inside, my vehicle). And I had to pay cash, which I was not a fan of. As you can see, there is a HOLE in the resin. And voids in and around the fill. I provided this photo to their office, and politely asked for something to be done about this, because I did not understand why this was done so poorly. DESPITE providing them with a legitimate concern, as well as a photo of the quality of work....I was told, "There's nothing I can do for you, unless you want to buy a whole new windshield and we take the price of the repair off the cost of the new glass" Of course I refused to give these guys more of my money, and chose to have Safelifte replace my windshield. Please use someone else for your window repair needs.

I called SameDay AutoGlass regarding a chip in the windshield of our Toyota Highlander that was getting bigger. Connie was very pleasant on the phone and in person. She was wonderful to deal with. The technician Matthew was also very pleasant, friendly and professional. He patched the chip quickly and efficiently and I was on my way! A great experience! Pat
