I highly recommend Bobby and Leslie. My back windshield was shattered last Friday and it needed to be replaced. We called several businesses and found SpeedyGlass who offered the best sounding deal even though we had to wait 3 days and rent a car so I could go to work. When the technician came to our house, he brought the windshield without the molding and said that they have to order the molding from a dealer it turned out we would have have to wait an other several days and it would have cost way more than they quoted us originally even though we explained exactly what kind of car we needed it for. We found SameDay Glass in Sherwood who not only did the job immediately and for less than the original price we were going to spend but provided outstanding customer service. They are friendly, professional and fast. Treated us like family. I would use their service in a heartbeat before calling anyone else.

I had a great deal of apprehension about replacing the cracked windshield on my Audi TT, my super adorable car who I named "Myrtle". I had originally planned on having MS AutoGlass do the work since I had a coupon of theirs but after reading through some of their customer reviews, I decided not to have it done by them. Luckily, I found SameDay AutoGlass and based on their 5-star customer reviews ended up there instead. Bobby and Leslie immediately put me at ease and reassured me that they would take good care of my "Myrtle" during her "windshield surgery". While I waited, Leslie handled all the insurance paperwork for me which was super convenient and she even matched the coupon from the other company! Thirty minutes later, "Myrtle" had a new windshield and all the necessary insurance paperwork was taken care of-- Very happy with my experience --from the quality of the product, workmanship, attention to detail, to the exceptional customer service--they basically held my hand through the whole process and made it stress-free. And to top it off, they even gave me a complimentary pair of windshield wipers to thank me for my business! So glad I decided to go with SameDay AutoGlass instead of the other company! I would definitely recommend this locally owned business. Very impressed.

The heat of this summer proved to be too much for my 2009 MKX. It opened a crack in the windshield about 4 inches wide right in front of the passenger seat. A week later it had grown another 4 inches, but straight up from the first crack. By the time I got my appointment and drove to Sherwood the crack had gone completely across the windshield to the driver side. My sister referred me to Same Day Auto Glass and she was right! The best service we have ever had for any car we have ever owned! I called for an appointment on Monday, I was scheduled for Tuesday at 2:30, I was driving back home to Salem by 3:30. Wow!!! Yeah, Yeah, the work was great, the windshield is crystal clear, the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. But the BEST PART? As we were driving home we started to notice, the dashboard and the windows over the gauges were all SPARKLING CLEAN TOO!!!! When we stopped at the closest McDonald we could find for an ice cream, we saw EVEN THE INSIDE DOOR JAMS WERE SPARKLING CLEAN!!! Oh, My Goodness!!!!! This was pretty unexpected, and so special. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GOING ABOVE. Leslie, You are just the BEST EVER!!! Thank you.

Honestly I should have written this review a long time ago, but everyday I look at my jacked up passenger side door, it’s simply ridiculous. Appointment setup went very well. No issue. It all started when I arrived and asked about the glass cleanup. She was fairly rude, talking over me, insisting yes yes they do cleanup all the glass. ALL of it. They did NOT. And when I called back because I could clearly see they didn’t, she told me I’d have to schedule another appointment and pay more for it when she INSISTED they do it ALL in the first place. When I got my car back, window looked great! What I didn’t notice? Glue left on the outside AND inside of my car. Scratches on my interior trim. It’s so trashy and I’m pissed. The front windshield in one of our tow trucks on the passenger side was leaking occasionally. How embarrassing to have a mini indoor rain storm on your customer! We tried many different DIY applications. Unfortunately nothing worked. By mid October, when the weather turned our choice was to replace the windshield or park the truck. After calling around to several different shops we ended up at Same Day. Bobby and his wife Leslie were stellar! Bobby had to work extra hard to get all the "DIY" attempts removed, all for the same price! SO impressed from start to finish! Won't be calling around next time have a window issue, going straight to Same Day. Also planning on having them detail a vehicle or two in the near future. Great business, wishing them much success!

I am just heart broken! When my rear window broke I absolutely vacuumed everything & taped up the area to prevent glass from getting all over the place & took before & after pictures just outside their shop because it looked great from far away & I was so excited to have it replaced. When I got home I realize that around my rear window there was some paint so bad that it was straight down to the bare metal below the paint from a crow bar or flat bar that they used to removed the old one, I can not believe they did nothing to prevent paint damage! And when I looked inside I realize the glue was absolutely all over the place including on my seat, & glass was everywhere so they didn’t clean a single thing after they were done and I am so shocked they didn’t tell me about the thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle before just letting me drive off happy, on top of everything the interior inside around the window was also scratched so badly all over from whatever they used to removed that window. Sadly my pickup only has 30k miles and I was preserving it well so I am just lost & have no idea what to do since they will not pick up the phone when I call now.
