The guy that came to fix my windshield did a very good job. I wish I could remember the fella's name but I cannot. I highly recommend this company. My windshield had gotten hit with a rock and the day after it was hit I had a brand new windshield. The guy that helped me was probably in his late to mid thirties with a beard. A big beard and the dude was awesome. Again. I wish I knew his name so I can give him a shout out but me. Michael Helton highly recommends this company

Tyrone came to our house and replaced our Hyundai windshield. He is everything AND more you could ask in a service provider. I had a cracked windshield and tried going through my insurance(Progressive), but the options listed through them were all booked out for many days, and I needed this fixed quickly as I had a roadtrip planned. I found Same Day Windshield on Google and gave them a call, I wish I could remember the woman’s name who helped me, as she explained the entire process and left nothing to question. She helped with my insurance company and had someone come out to replace my windshield the same day. The man who replaced my windshield was extremely friendly and finished in about 30 minutes. I’ve had the windshield on for 4-5 weeks now and couldn’t be happier. It looks fantastic and does not leave any air or water. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

Of course, I Googled “windshield replacement Tampa” while I was driving through Orlando due to a crack that was growing on my windshield. I was on the phone with them for about 45 minutes if not more as they tried to confirm with me that insurance would cover the replacement, but we had trouble confirming due to big corp insurance hiring overseas people who didn’t understand policies nor the English language. They patiently worked through that problem and finally concluded it would be okay to schedule an appointment, so I scheduled the next day and about an hour after the technician arrived and calibrated my new windshield, I was on my way. They made it very simple.

Not what I was hoping for from this experience. Failed to replace the gutters at the bottom corners of the windshield properly. Found one of them in the cabin air intake well underneath the main cover. Both did not fit properly after trying to reinstall them myself. They threw out the cap covers for the arms of my windshield wipers. Left some epoxy in the bottom corners of the windshield. Recommend you inspect work closely if you choose to use these folks for your work.

I have always been really happy with this company. They have done 2 windshields for me in the past, and so when I got a crack this time, of course I asked for them. Today I get a call that they don't work on Coopers and that they are going to cancel me. So I had to actually say, "but you all have replaced my windshield for me twice already." I get stuck on hold and she comes back to say, oh ya, we have done it, but we don't want to get these extra parts anymore so we aren't going to help you again. So, were you lying initially because you think I don't remember who has worked on my car? Or did you think I wasn't going to call you out on it? I am so disappointed because I really liked the guy that always came to do the install. I can buy the parts they don't want to order on amazon for cheap. If they had called and just talked to me about it instead of lying to me and acting like they've never worked on my car, I would have offered to buy those panels for him. Even though they get reimbursed by my insurance for them and I won't. I guess good customer service is too hard...kind of like ordering a secondary part. I used to work for insurance companies...I know how much more they bill for this than they need too. Sad. I have to get at least the 3 windshields a year as allowed by the state of Florida, because Florida. Half the people in my office were planning on talking to these people today when they came out. Not anymore. What could have been a simple phone call and reschedule just turned into a significant loss in business.
