After waiting three weeks to get an appointment time and sitting in their waiting room for 45 minutes, my car was not repaired. The technician walked in, handed me my keys, and said, "Sorry, the part we need to fix your car is broken, you'll have to reschedule" and walks away. No one was there to help, no one answers the phone, the national customer service center cannot help, its simply terrible. It takes about a dozen tries before anyone answers the phone at this location, and they are useless. They also do not seem to answer emails or TEAMS messages from their corporate office. If you are looking at using this location/company, PLEASE RECONSIDER. You will be frustrated along with many other people. Just read the other comments. Complete incompetence. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

called to schedule an appointment, their customer service reps are of course not on sight and after confirming my address 3x with the representative I was given an appointment for 1/9/25. I was even offered their early bird extortion special for an additional $30 dollars. . . I was quoted $1156 to replace a windshield and on the day of the appointment my fiance took the day off so the repairs could be completed only to find no one showed up. . . after calling to rectify the issue I was told I must have not made an appointment and I was again quoted the same price. After explaining the situation and previous conversation in depth I was offered a $100 discount. What a joke. I called the GLASS DOCTOR and was offered the same service for $650, almost 50% less than safelite offered. I would highly recommend never using safelite and shopping other local glass repair centers in your area before being duped by theses crooks.

This rating is more for the facility not for the technicians or the service. The waiting area doesn't have any working power receptacles at the 2 desk areas, and the free wifi is worthless, it's much too slow to do ANYTHING useful. Fix the broken receptacles and set your wifi to run at a minimum if 10mbps. Update: now the bathroom door lock is broken, this just keeps getting better and better! 🤣🤣

We have had the worst experience with this location! Drove to their location to drop off the car for our appt, completed the paperwork, gave our credit card got back in the car and drove home to get a phone call from their manager, saying they didn’t actually have the part in stock and they needed us to come and pick up our car. After an hour of wasted driving, we picked up the car and went home and waited over and week to hear from them with the needed part. They quoted us $1000 to replace the windshield and we had paperwork saying that was the cost. When we went to pick up the car, they told us it was gonna be 1700 because of an added calibration cost that was not disclosed to us initially. This place is completely mismanaged. They do not have good customer service and quite frankly they feel a little scammy to not be upfront about the total cost. I would definitely not come to this place ever again. I would find a different location.

If you're considering Safelite for your windshield replacement, run. I’ve been dealing with this company since February 2nd. It’s now April 10th, and guess what? Still no windshield. My original appointment on February 24th was a waste of time — I showed up only to be told they didn’t have the part. Fine, mistakes happen. They said it was on order. But over the course of weeks of silence, multiple follow-ups, and even emails with their leadership, nothing changed. No part. No communication. No resolution. Safelite has demonstrated not just poor customer service, but a total lack of accountability and operational awareness. I’ve dealt with many companies in the auto service world — none have left me with this level of frustration or disbelief. If your car’s safety and your time matter to you, avoid Safelite. They’re not just disorganized — they’re despicable when things go wrong.

I booked my reservation with them and representative told me that they did not have a location in Murfreesboro so I had to drive about an hour out in the storm to this location only to be told that they had changed my appointment without notifying me. The manager stated that he was the new manager and he working on this issue as it's happened more often than it should, he was able to move my new appointment to Murfreesboro location which was even worse. They get me in and didn't even do the whole job, they put the windshield but didn't put the vent glass in and had to schedule me another week out and the manager Juan at that location has no concern or sympathy for what the situation is. They advertise they will come to you, but when you ask they tell you oh your windshield has to be calibrated so it has to be done in the shop. I have spoken with other glass companies that has the equipment to come out to you and put the glass in and calibrated on the spot. I should have went to them but I wanted to go to safelite because they were suppose to be a reputable company, but I guess that's a bunch of hype to get you in so they can mess you over. Never again will I use them, I would rather ride with a cracked windshield before I go back.!
