This is by far the best call center I've ever worked for. Pay raises come as long as you do your job and meet your stats. I've been here since they opened and they've come a long way. I remember when there was only one night job coach. What I love most is that management listens to feedback and they take action. They do their best to make the employees happy.

This Company will not Pay you when you send the invoice to them for the work they agreed to pay for. I have faxed it 3 times, called, and emailed. It should have taken one simple fax and then one simple phone call after they didn't receive the fax that i have confirmation that it went though. When I call someone always answers after 20mins of holding that is so rude it makes you wonder if they are bill collectors as a second job. All for a 60 dollar bill... My time is Valuable and i don't like when people Waste it. They asked for the Customers signature, the VIN, The referral number and Part numbers on the invoice, So i sent it and i got an email saying it was denied. So i called to find out why and the rude fellow i spoke with told me they had no record of it getting denied or receiving the fax but i received the email denying it. So then he says to email and fax it and if that dont work call back.....? Give me a break BAD SERVICE HELLO YOU GUYS CALL ME WHEN YOUR READY TO PAY ME

Worst customer service. Do not get any service from this location at all cost. Had windshield replacement 3 months ago with wipers included. They do not carry the wipers for my car model and promised to issue refund. Had been calling since repair and no attempt to resolve the issue. Repair guy also damaged interior of my car and the clips that hold the windshield on the car and put glue instead. He also promised to order and return for clips but no answer since then. Worse phone customer service, they will put you on hold forever until you get transferred to voice mail. Poor communication, terrible customer service, horrible repair. Better do it yourself than trust their service. Will be considering legal actions against the management for this terrible service.

Had an appointment scheduled for over a week between 7:30 AM and 12 PM. I phoned at 12 having not heard from anyone and immediately was told excuses that the tech was overbooked. I was assured he would be here at some point and at 2 o’clock called back and was told by the manager and the technicians that the three repairs he had scheduled were more important than my new windshield installation. I’ve read the reviews and I am absolutely positive that the generic reply of we are so sorry you had a bad experience. Please call our Safelite service number or visit. Our website is soon to come. This unfortunately, was not an isolated incident as this is the second time in a row. This has happened in two different states. The problem appears to be systemic in over scheduling, but I would love to see The reaction if I sent them a bill for my lost wages for their no-show

We brought our car in to fix a small hole and left with the crack much bigger. This was at our risk of course. We then were trying to decide if we were going to pay cash or use insurance. The person told us that it would not affect our insurance, but it does after we contacted our insurance company. Buyer beware. We then tried to get an appt closer to home and they never called us back.

HORRIBLE INSURANCE WHEN IT COMES TO PAYING FOR THE WORK THATS BEEN DONE FOR THE CAR. WE DID THE WORK FOR A CUSTOMER AND ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY STILL GIVE US THE RUN AROUND AND PUT US ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND THEN HANG THE PHONE UP. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
