Lucson and Amanda were great! I had a bad experience with a different Safelite location. Everything changed once I came here. Lucson advocated for me by informing me that I could get an OEM windshield through my insurance since I was having issues with the aftermarket windshield that was installed by a different location. They made sure that the windshield was in great condition before they installed it and even invited me to come take a look at it prior to installation as well. Great job Lucson and team.

If you have a car with adaptive cruise control or other features that require sensors, be aware of the hassle of replacing your windshield at Safelite. The first appointment made through my insurance on 9/24 they put the wrong windshield on my car so cruise control, land departure, and crash detection couldn’t calibrate and was unusable. They scheduled me the following week to replace the windshield with an OEM one. When picking up my car after the second appointment, they said they never ordered the windshield and only tried to recalibrate it. They said this time they would order the correct windshield for my car and scheduled my appointment when it would arrive on 10/29. I showed up on 10/29 for them to say my appointment was cancelled since the windshield never arrived. I never received a phone call or email (not even in my junk folder) about this cancellation. Finally the 4th time I showed up to this location my windshield was replaced on 11/4. Considering this took 4 appointments and 6 weeks, I wish I would have made an appointment at the dealership instead and paid out of pocket whatever the difference my insurance would not cover.

The mobile service guy who came to my house not only brought a defective windshield with him but ripped the tabs off the windshield molding taking it off. After inspecting what happened after the molding flew off while driving there are broken tabs of the molding on the windshield clips. What made that guy think the molding would stay on is beyond me. Now I literally had to drive around for two weeks like that until safelite ordered new molding to install it. They won’t be getting my money again.

I went to Safelite to replace my windshield, and the first visit was very quick I arrived and they replaced it right away. However, I had major issues afterward with my heads-up display. They had installed a windshield that wasn’t compatible with that feature. I requested a replacement with the correct one, and Donna scheduled me for a follow-up in 7 days. When I arrived on the scheduled day, there was no appointment. Keep in mind, I live in another city, about 40 minutes away so I wasted nearly 2 hours of my time. She even asked who scheduled me, and when I said it was her, she claimed not to remember. I had even called customer service that same day to confirm, and Donna blamed the situation on them saying it was their fault and that no appointment had been made. In reality, I had scheduled it directly with her. That kind of behavior, trying to shift blame onto others, is unacceptable. For that reason, I give her one star and honestly, that’s being generous. Terrible customer service. She eventually rescheduled me again for a few days later. When I returned, Ian helped me, and he was amazing very kind, professional, and fast. I really appreciate his help and attitude. I give him 5 stars!

It has been over 6 months . Still waiting on a windshield replacement for a 2023 Atlas Made over 10 appointments made and canceled due to broken or wrong replacement windshields. Visited the store more than 3 times and the same excuse . Warehouse sent the wrong glass ,It was scratched or cracked. That cannot be a company like Safelite does not have a manager or supervisor checking the returned product and question why didn't come back ? This is very unfortunate they invest so much money advertising best customer service and so far I still waiting for that service. Safelite must have respect for there customers and don't insult them with false excuses. It does not take 6 months to replace a windshield. Very unsatisfied. I will reach out to my Insurance company and let them know to ask for a refund on the payment. Thank you Sidd.

Company cancelled at last minute! I made an appt with this company for 9/16 to come to my location between 12-5pm to replace a cracked windshield. On the morning of the appt I received a call from the installer stating he would be arriving between 4-5pm. The entire day went by and at 5pm I received a second call from the installer stating he was not able to make it and was going to cancel. No other explanation given. At around 7pm I got text from the company saying I was rescheduled for 9/27 eleven days later…lol No apologies or offers to make up for the no show. Only after I started the cancellation process did they offer a discount which I refused. This is bad business and I will never use this company again. In the end I actually got a better price from another local company.
