Made an appointment, they never came. When we called they set up an appointment for the next day (which is today). THEY CHARGED US FOR YESTERDAY (the day they didnt come and blamed us when the appointment was MADE ON THEIR WEBSITE) today they said there is no record of the payment they took the day before and DEMANDED PAYMENT BEFORE THEY STARTED TODAY. My boyfriend refused because why would we pay twice??? PLUS THE INSTALLER was rude and didnt offer any help and just said “well thats not us, thats a third party” the man didnt provide any solutions, just demanded we paid again. What a joke this company is. Didnt even apologize for NO SHOW the day before.

The incompetence of this business is most evident in its advertising and service. Not only did they fail to provide the option for on-site windshield replacement, but it also took an astonishing three weeks to secure an appointment, even after personally visiting their Sun Valley shop. Despite scheduling a 1:00 pm appointment, I found myself waiting for an exasperating three hours. The accompanying photos serve as undeniable evidence. It's important to note that my vehicle is a pristine Tesla Model S. I took the initiative to contact the shop, and after facing multiple technical challenges, "Kelly" documented my disappointing encounter and assured me that the manager, "Chris," would return my call. Regrettably, no such call was ever received. It is prudent to seek alternative options for your automotive needs. This establishment demonstrates a clear inability to execute the very task they claim to specialize in.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I got my windshield repaired back in August. While the windshield looks great, I noticed my A-pillar on my driver side was loose after the service, resulting in it falling off while driving. I took it back a month later to let them know, and a worker just tried to fix it with tape… which didn’t fix anything. Came back a third time and was helped by the worker who replaced my windshield, he informed me that the clips were broken because they had difficulty putting the pillar back on due to having a dashcam hardwired into my car. They told me they would order new clips and call me when they’re ready. It’s been 7 months and I have heard nothing. I keep calling and it’s impossible to get a hold of them.

Got a windshield replaced by them Sept 2023. These "geniuses" forgot to recalibrate my windshield and told me to bring the car back in. Then fast forward almost an year and I found a stress crack in the windshield. They sent an inspector in to verify it was a stress crack and once he did, he scheduled a replacement. I was told it would take two hours. They took nearly six hours. Fast forward to today, we discovered ANOTHER stress crack on the newly replaced windshield. They told me to bring in the car for inspection (not replacing) to their shop and they don't know if they'll replace it. I told them just send inspector like last time and they refused. They are refusing to take my call now and the manager (whose cell phone I have) says he's passing the info along to the "manager." What? You are the manager buddy. You literally texted me a minute after the girl rudely hung up. This whole office is run by incompetent GED graduates Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I want a refund and just get this windshield replaced locally. I only went here because my insurance recommended it but now I have to report to Geico for this garbage service.

Couldn’t have been easier. Safelite handled everything. I went online, entered my insurance info and immediately Safelite produced my part of the cost. I scheduled an in-store appointment. They asked for several hours to do the replacement and recalibration of the windshield but it didn’t even take half as long. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Hopefully nobody needs their services but if you do, Safelite is absolutely the place to go. On the quality side of things, I couldn’t be more pleased. They replaced the windshield due to a large crack and after they did, it looks like it was factory installed. Awesome. Thank you Safelite!

I would have never used this shop had my insurance company not forced me to. It took them 6 weeks to get the right replacement glass for my car after canceling numerous appointments. They could care less about my rental car bill in that time, just kept changing appointments pushing them out week by week. They said they would come to my house to do the repair until the last week when they changed their story and I had to drive a car with 3 broken windows to Sun Valley. A $100 of Ubers back n forth after they told me my car was ready, I had to wait in the lobby for two more hours while they kept changing their stories as to why the car isn’t ready. The amount of time and money I’ve spent due to their lies, missteps, and miscommunications has cost me more in incidental bills (rental car, Ubers, time, frustration) as the bill for fixing the broken windows on my car. On top of that, they hide in a maze of unknowledgeable workers so no one person actually takes accountability for your experience. I haven’t even got my car back yet, so can’t comment on the workmanship but I am left with little confidence. Avoid at all costs if you can!!! UPDATE - the workmanship was awful, I had to take the car to another shop to fix the doors, window leaks, rattles, trim, vacuum a good amount of glass out of every nook and cranny. All in, this cost me time, money and my car is simply not as it once was. Thankfully my other shop was helpful. The one and only positive I would say is that the glass did meet specs, but that is a low bar to set for a glass repair company that took months to do their job. Again, avoid!
