Excellent service! The guy we met up with to change our windshield was awesome! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He changed out our windshield quick and safely. Would definitely recommend!

I arrived on time for my appointment at 10 A.M. he promptly got my CR-V in and started even with as badly damaged as my windshield was he still had the old one removed, the new one installed in just under an hour and a half. He was personable, polite, and he works hard. It's the only place I'll go now for auto glass replacement and repair.

Hard to find! The glass tech works out of the back of the Sears Auto Center beside the Cinema, not in the actual mall. You have to walk into the service bay with the vehicle lifts to find him. The Safelite van will be parked inside near the back of the service bay if he's there and not out doing mobile service somewhere.

The guys that work here are great. They replaced the windshield in my Camaro and they did a great job. They were professional and courteous and they took precautions to ensure my car wasn't scratched or dinged. Definitely a good place with great people.

My windshield got busted/cracked by a truck getting on the interstate. Someone recommend Safelite so I looked into them and decided to go with them for the replacement. The site was easy to use and place my order through and pay ahead of time and set my appointment. The guy that did the work on my truck was very friendly yet professional and informative. Great experience, they got me in right away and got it done quickly. Went to their shop due to the cold and snow. Dave was the technician did an outstanding job. The new windshield turned out great and he was friendly and likeable which also matters a lot.
