Terrible customer service unless you like talking with a computer. Local company took 2 minutes to tell me they had one in stock and scheduled a time.

Just left there with my 2019 Subaru Legacy. Said it would take a couple hours, was done in an hour. Kept me updated the whole time and was very nice and friendly. Clean shop! My windshield looks great. Highly recommend! No negatives whatsoever.

The tech was super knowledgeable & friendly. They had someone out & had rescheduled several appointments - even when people showed up unexpectedly for their appointments that had been rescheduled, he treated them kindly, verified their new appointments & helped them in any way he could. All the while, he finished my windshield replace about 30 minutes faster than he had originally expected. That is service & skill.

Excellent service! The guy we met up with to change our windshield was awesome! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He changed out our windshield quick and safely. Would definitely recommend!

Hard to find! The glass tech works out of the back of the Sears Auto Center beside the Cinema, not in the actual mall. You have to walk into the service bay with the vehicle lifts to find him. The Safelite van will be parked inside near the back of the service bay if he's there and not out doing mobile service somewhere.

My windshield got busted/cracked by a truck getting on the interstate. Someone recommend Safelite so I looked into them and decided to go with them for the replacement. The site was easy to use and place my order through and pay ahead of time and set my appointment. The guy that did the work on my truck was very friendly yet professional and informative. He/they did a great job and I highly recommend them. Thank you David and thank you Safelite !
