Very unprofessional. Had an appointment for a Monday and a Tuesday. 2 different trucks. I called them the week before and told them to cancel the one for Monday and do both on Tuesday. Why make 2 trips to the same place trying to help them out. Tuesday comes tech calls. I said he won't be there till 4. I said, "Will you be able to do both. Said yes. At 4, I called the store, and they said tech would call me when he could. 430, he calls, said he is in Middlebourne and can't get it done today. Blames the store managers for over booking him. They never had any intention of getting it done today. Why not call me in the morning and tell me that. Instead, I wasted my day waiting on them. No respect for other people's time.

So, they guy came and installed the windshield on time & it appears to be a good job. Here is my big complaint, I scheduled the replacement from an email from safelight that said schedule now and get 45$ off. It gave me 45$ off of the amount quoted/ basically free remote install. Then my son goes to pay & they say it’s more money than what was agreed upon email quote/schedule. I have to drive home to show the installer the email. He said sorry we don’t see this on our end, it’s from corporate. A call bs, I don’t believe this garbage. Anyway they did give me the price quoted & with the 45$ off, but I should not have pull up the email & show them. It sure looks like a way to charge more if the customer doesn’t push back.

Had an excellent experience with Tyler from Satellite! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire repair. After dealing with a previous tech who was rude and dismissive, Tyler was a refreshing change. He went above and beyond and definitely set the bar high. Highly recommend asking for Tyler if you need service!

We had a great experience! They worked me in the same day they received the parts from Ford! This was about a week earlier than expected also! I had all 4 kiddos in tow and the staff was very friendly and welcoming to us all. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my rear vent window glass replaced! Very satisfied and would recommend Safelite to others!

The tech never showed up at the time he said he would be there. No call or nothing I am 70 years old I got to the location where he was to repair my windshield at 1:30 pm he said he would be there at 2:30 he called me at 4:30 and said he couldn't make it until around 6:00 .I'm not happy 😒 …
