I recently cracked my windshield and was very nervous about finding a shop to fix it properly. First, thank you to Sarah and Mary for going above and beyond. Sarah guided me through everything and kept me informed. She ensured I could get OEM so my heads-up display worked properly. Mary fixed my car, and I can't even notice a difference from factory. She also confirmed it was a BMW OEM windshield and was willing to show me before installation. The work was done very quickly. They even included 3M for my EZPass. Thank you to these two for their professionalism and quality of work! I highly recommend this place for windshield replacement.

I had a wonderful experience with this office. The communication was clear and accurate. They patiently and professionally handled a last minute rescheduling request. My technician was professional, friendly, and took great care of our car. He answered my calls the day of and was willing to call when he was on his way so I could fit in some much needed errands. I especially appreciated the convenience of having a totally windshield replacement in my driveway!

Kenneth was amazing! He was so kind, and was so transparent about the whole process and any questions that I had to follow. It relieved a lot of the prior anxiety that I had from discovering my broken windshield to have a technician so kind and informative. He did it in half the estimated time and a FANTASTIC job at that; my windshield’s never looked better! I had my windshield replaced and they made the process painless. When I walked in, I was taken right away even though I was a half hour early. They got me checked in and explained everything that needed to be done. I'm not from the area so I stayed in the waiting lounge. Very spacious with work tops and outlets. During my wait, I listened as the manager, Sarah, spoke to several customers. She sounded so polite and helpful. Everything seemed to be broken down for her customers and made sure they all had the direct number to call if there were any issues. My email confirmation said it would take between 2-3 hours to complete. Well, less than an hour and a half after I walked in, I was done! The window was replaced, my camera (?) was recalibrated, and new windshield wipers were replaced. Sarah checked me out and made sure I had everything I needed, that I understood what to do if something happened, and gave me the direct number to call if anything with my windshield or wipers came up. Then, when I got into my car, the tech gave me replacement Velcro for my easy pass! What a nice surprise for me! Quick and easy. I highly recommend this location!

My car had its window smashed twice in three weeks and the workers at Safelite were all so kind and helpful to me while I was so stressed. They walked me through my next steps, vacuumed all the broken glass in my car, crash wrapped it to keep it safe until the glass arrived, and fixed it (once at my apartment and once in-store) so quickly. I am so grateful to them and if I could give them one hundred stars I would. They not only do their job incredibly well and efficiently, but are so kind and nice, too.

Thank God for Donna. This woman works miracles ! I stopped in to inquire about replacing the windshield on my older Toyota Solara. Knowing this was not the most common vehicle, I expected this to take some time. After initially making an appointment for 7:00 am the following day, I was texted by Safelite's regional office to say that my appointment was rescheduled for the following week, with no further explanation. Donna called me to see why I did not show up for my appointment. When I explained about the text, she said "give me a couple of minutes and I'll call you back". She tracked down a windshield in the warehouse in Connecticut, called me right back as promised, told me to come in, and by mid afternoon I was on my way to get my vehicle inspected. This nice lady went the extra mile to take care of me and really exemplifies the meaning of great customer service. As I was waiting for my windshield replacement, I listened to how she treated each customer, that either walked in or called, with great respect, kindness and courtesy. In general, it seems that customer service has fallen by the wayside these days, but not in this shop, and not with Donna. I hope that her superiors realize what an asset she is to Safelite Autoglass and recognize her appropriately. By the way, my beautiful, shiny new windshield was installed in one hour by a very professional technician, whose name I unfortunately did not get. My thanks to everyone. This shop easily deserves more than the allowed 5 stars !
