Booked appointment online, final price was $451.37. Then, day of appointment they said they didnt have the right windshield and had to order it. Then suddenly the price was $971.54 to include calibration that we do not need. Angela said they had to prove it does not need calibration before they can take that off. What? Also, the workorder PDF downloaded from their website shows the price at $1,440.00. Angela had no explaination for this. In the end, we cancelled this appointment. Save yourself the frustration and time and do not use Safelite.

I was very pleased with my visit. I received quite a few emails/ msg explaining what I needed to be done before my appointment, even went to the extent in sending a short video of what needed to be done. BUT I was never told that my insurance would not cover my windshield wipers nor was I ever told how much I would be charged for said wipers. I feel that was being dishonest, and not upfront! As I can insure you I would have not chose to have 75.00 wipes installed! Besides that I was very pleased with my visit. And would have given 100 on my survey.

This was terrible. Brought it in to get a back window replaced and this damage was done to the vehicle. We called customer service and they emailed the manager at the store. We received no response. Now every time we try to call customer service to try to address the situation, the system hangs up on our number. I will absolutely never use this company again and I am going to tell every person I meet about this. I have never had so much damage done to my vehicle and had to pay $490.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I contacted Safelite about a windshield replacement because they are open on Saturday. I set the appointment up 10 days earlier, that process was very smooth. The DAY OF my appointment, and I'm driving to the shop to drop off my car, they call and tell me that their truck didn't deliver the windshield the day prior. First of all, why didn't they contact me then? Why wait until I'm already on my way to drop off the car to call? Lastly, why is the windshield not being delivered until the day before the appointment? I knew that the windshield would need to be ordered, that's why I made the appointment so far in advance. I hate to leave a poor review because the person I spoke with was nice and very apologetic, but when Safelite sends me daily text messages and emails reminding me to show up for my appointment, yet doesn't bother to get the windshield delivered, this is the first and last time I will use Safelite.

I am very happy with the work done by the Sioux Falls, SD Safelite AutoGlass staff. The chip in my windshield was not able to be fixed so they replaced the windshield. Once the replacement was done, I found that the wipers weren't lined up as they should have been. They immediately fixed that. The next day I found that the lane control feature wasn't working. Once again, they immediately reset that and showed me how to turn it off and on so I could take care of that in the future myself. I will definitely use their service in the future (keep my fingers crossed that no more rocks come flying my way). I would highly recommend them to others.

If you are getting service from the Sioux Falls branch, ask for Antonio A. to be your technician. He is by far the most professional technician from ANY company that I have seen in a very long time. His communication is incredible, his professionalism is above top teir, and the knowledge on the work he does could put any textbook to shame. Antonio was punctual and respectful of my family and my shop space. I truly believe that he should be in management or corporate with the ability to educate and train current and new technicians. Whenever my next widnshield needs a chip fixed or a whole replacement again, I will be requesting Antonio to be the tech. I am not saying there are no other men or women in this office who are capable of the job, but i truly believe it would be no contest putting 10 techs in competition against Antonio and having him come out of top of work quality and customer service review.
