I was so impressed by Safelite employees. Amber is so personal and responsive. I was going to pay out of pocket, did not think I had coverage with my insurance and she looked up the coverage for rock chip repair with my insurance and found those repairs are not covered, but because of the insurance company I go through she gave me a discount. You can tell she loves her job. Jeffree was the tech working on my windshield. He did a great job with my rock chip repairs. I also ordered wiper blade replacements, and Jeffree came back to the lobby and asked me how my blades were working for me? I said they are good, and he told me OK, wanted to make sure there was not anything wrong with what you are experiencing. He said you do not need the blades at this time, so that will save you on your bill. He let me know in the future if I need them, that they have great blades that are more expensive then the store, but they have a 6 month warranty. I will plan on that in the future. I was planning on a bill of $300 + and walked out paying $100. Super cool!PositiveResponsiveness

I have used Safelite in the past for windshield replacements, but had never been to this location. My car window got busted from a break in and I needed to fix it ASAP as the weather was bad and I was leaving town soon. This location had an opening next day so I booked it. I am quite disappointed with the service that was provided though. The front desk man was nice, but when I received my car back, I'd roll my window down and could hear u vacuumed glass chunks grinding against the new window and it was off the track and making clunking sounds. I had a 30 day warranty so I took it to my go-to Safelite on State and 24th to get it checked and fixed. They completely fixed the problems and told me there was still a ton of glass they had to vacuum out of my door and speaker and that the last tech at the previous shop had actually busted off the clip to the window control panel so now it was loose and just hanging there. I never would have noticed this since it sits flat on my door. The shop is ordering me a new clip and is installing it all for free. TLDR: Avoid the Holladay Safelite. I have not been to this location in a while and had a very minor rock chip that I needed assistance with. This was one of the most disturbingly ineffective processes I’ve ever had to deal with. A complete waste of my time they could not complete the rock chip repair Because they wanted to charge $199 for a rock chip or use my insurance so I said use my insurance they said we can’t do that right now because we have to get authorization from them before we can proceed .so we need to make an appointment with you to give us time to get the auth. So we can do an appointment with you two days from now. so I chose to make that appointment happen and yes on that day I came in later than the appt appointment, which I found out, there was no confirmation sent to me, or any procedures happening on the insurance verification . As they told me they were gonna be doing. As I sat in the waiting room on both occasions, all I could hear was concerns challenges, and complaints about how they were short staffed with techs walking out on them, and that they were getting booked out further and further , just not a fan of being able to be present to any of that. I chose to leave after being told that this was my fault and they would have to reschedule me for once again a minor rock chip. I just moved ahead and called a company who is a Mobile rock chip provider and I had it done with no concerns and the cost to get this rock chip fixed was 40 bucks not $199 that Safelite wanted to charge if I chose not to use my insurance. Needless to say I will not be going to this location again.NegativeProfessionalism, Value

Horrible. First I noticed wind noise that wasn't there before. I then noticed the rubber seal/weather strip on one side at the top hung out a bit. This was a Thursday. I left the tape on 3 extra days. Driving to St George the following Monday the entire seal on one side came loose, and the plastic plate piece between the windsheild and the hood was flapping. Had to do an emergency repair with duct tape (thank goodness the weather was good). Then I noticed the windshield washer was not working - the pump ran but no spray at all (the reservoir was full). Turns out they didn't hook the windshield washer back properly, and they broke the clip holding down the plastic plate. Basically it was a fail on everything they touched. At this point I don't trust them at all and don't want them anywhere near my vehicle. As I write this I'm sitting at another glass shop having the windshield removed and re-seated. It will cost me $200, if they can remove it without breaking it. Safelite, never again.

Disappointing experience. Used to come to this location years ago when it was a Technaglass and was never disappointed. So I was willing to pay more than the local stores to get a windshield replaced. The appointment setting was easy, and the in store personnel were friendly enough. When I picked up the car an hour or so later I was initially impressed. The windshield looked fantastic. When I got home though I realized that there were tiny glass shards over the dash...I don't know if this was from the original or what but didn't think it was a huge deal. The next day I noticed the rear view mirror was shaking as I drove. It seemed it wasn't properly secured. No surprise next day when the mirror completely fell off while driving. I called the number provided by Safelite on their website, and was met with a cyclical auto recording that told me to either schedule an appointment online or text an agent. No option to speak with someone in the store or in a call center. I texted an agent and was told I would have to schedule a "Warranty Appointment" which I couldn't find that option online. Eventually I chatted with someone on the webpage that told me I could just pop in without an appointment. I did it and got it fixed decently quick. Overall, the entire experience was disappointing, especially in relation to the brand name and the price I paid.

I had 2 rocks chips in my truck windshield, luckily not big. I was able to go online and schedule an appointment 4 days later. It was really quick and easy. You enter your vehicle/insurance info and they can immediately see if it's covered by your insurance. The technician Zack, texted me about 2 hours before he got here which was nice. Once he arrived, he quickly let me know the expectations of the repair. I mentioned to him that I had another vehicle that needed a rock chip fixed. He said I needed to make an appointment to have it taken care of because of his tight schedule. It only took him about 25 minutes to repair the two chips. He texted me that he was done and asked me to come out. He had looked at my other vehicle and told me that it looks like it was one that was already filled. It saved me time having to go online and scheduling another appointment. I appreciate him taking the time to look at it while he was there. It was really nice because they were able to come directly to my house and take care of it. I definitely recommend them if you need a quick rock chip repair.
