Everything went over very well. The installation guy called me earlier that morning to confirm the appointment. He let me know that he had one ahead of me and I would be notified when he was on his way. I received the notification, as promised, which allowed me to meet him there to give him the key. We literally turned into the yard right behind one another. He was very nice and very mannerable. William was our technician and he went above and beyond. We had a broken piece of trim (unknown to me) that happened during the last windshield replacement, but it wasn’t super noticeable. I just asked if he could put it back on more securely. He told me it was broke and if I bought the piece they would put it on for free at the shop when it comes it. I would recommend, he did a great job.

Wasted an entire day after waiting a week and a half to get an appointment. Got a call telling me I was last on list between 12 and 5, then got another call saying bring it to the shop at 530 due to rain. Was okay with that till I got another call telling me to bring it in at 630. An entire day wasted. Direct quote " I don't make the appointments." Made a different appointment with a shop in Columbia, not safelight. Not again.

We really loved the fact that we could have the Safelite repairmen replace our windshield at our home, instead of having to wait at a shop, which would have been really difficult with a 9 month old! The men were quick and courteous and let us know exactly what we needed to do after the windshield replacement to make sure everything stayed in place. If ever I have another problem with my windshield, I would definitely use Safelite again!

I had a death in the Family and had my windshield chipped on the way to the Funeral. I called my Insurance, which is Progressive and told them I want to go with Safelite. They got me in on a Wednesday in which I had to go back to work and they was able to install my brand new windshield by coming to my house while at work. The Technician was Rafeal, he was very professional and kept me inform of the arrival, install and calibration. Safelite provided me with excellent customer service and I strongly recommend them to anyone that need windshield service. Thank you Rafael for your Outstanding work that you perform on my 2021 Chevy Tahoe on 10/16/24.

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with Safelite AutoGlass. They where to replace my windshield between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. The repair technician comes at 11:30 am, and said that it may rain and did not want to work on the car in my driveway. He told me to bring the car in the shop and he would replace it there. He gave me directions that where not very good. I tried calling the shop phone and no one picked up to give me directions. Bottom line, the work was done correctly, as far as I can tell, but the service was poor, being that I was inconvenienced. I pretty much had to waste most of my day waiting for them to come out only to have to go in the shop anyway. It was nothing like you see on their TV commercial.
