One never wants to discover a cracked windshield when they get up for work but I did. I was able to make the appointment and get a quote from Safelite online! I had the choice of driveway or shop repair. I chose the shop for 2 reasons-1 I didn’t want to pay the up charge for driveway and 2 the weather in February is iffy. I arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment. The receptionist explained the repair process and then the tech came in. He explained everything they would do-including how to replace my inspection stickers! I was quoted 2 hours for the repair on the web but he promised 60 minutes. I let my suv in their hands and got timely texts as to the process along the way. 90 minutes later I walked out of the shop with a completely replaced windshield and a smile on my face. I did a day before drop off. They didn’t have power, due to a summer storm. I really wouldn’t have known it until the receptionist in the back office didn’t poke her head out with a light. Easy to schedule on line, my car had not a spindle piece of glass it looks perfect! Justin waited on us & he was helpful and very pleasant. We were called the next day when my car was ready. That was far sooner than n I expected. I highly recommend this service site. Nice people, fast service & quality service & product. Thank you

I had an amazing experience with Safelite Auto Glass! Melinda at the front desk was outstanding—she got me scheduled quickly and was just as kind and welcoming when I came back, even offering me water and coffee. Devine, who replaced my window, was incredibly professional. He called to let me know there was an earlier opening and got me in sooner. He was fast, efficient, and even came out to give me an update during the process. I truly appreciated the excellent service from start to finish. Hopefully, I won’t need another window replaced anytime soon—but if I do, this is the only place I’ll go!

Excellent experience from getting the quote to closing my door to drive out of the parking lot. I was able to have my rear passenger window replaced within a week of a break-in attempt, and the process and communication was clear, easy, and quick. I was in and out in under 2 hours. I regret that I did not get the technicians name, but he was extremely thorough and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. I'll definitely be back if needed!

A stone hit our windshield while we were on vacation, leaving a large crack, and were eager to get it replaced as soon as we returned home. Safelite made the process so simple and quick! My appointment was at 3:30 and they were done by 4:30! I was able to sit in their waiting room during my appointment, which was a huge help. They told me about their brand new coffee/tea/hot cocoa machine in the waiting room- it was delicious! There’s a restroom, a small desk, as well as a power-strip to charge your phone, if needed, while you wait. Also, all of the employees were so friendly and took their time to answer my questions. This safelite is wonderful and I recommend it!!

This was my second time visiting a Safelite location, and once again, I had a great experience. The staff was courteous and professional. I waited at the shop, and the service on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee was completed ahead of the estimated time. Everything went well ,just like my first visit. I appreciate the consistency and quality of service. Although I paid out of pocket since the repair was under my deductible, I appreciate that Progressive recommended Safelite. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely return . Thank you!
