When my passenger window was smashed in completely to my surprise on a Saturday morning when I was heading out of town, I was able to schedule an appointment for a mobile repair through the Safelite national phone number. Though, it wouldn’t be until a few days later and I needed to drive my car. I was able to get it wrapped at this Safelite location. They did an amazing job, and cleaned out all the glass very thoroughly. Great people here.

This place is a complete waste of money $315 for they guy they sent out to me named Brandon to do the sloppiest and laziest job i have ever seen I can pay a crack head to do a way better job than what Brandon did so since i have warranty i called and tell them where they messed up including misplacing a bolt for the window and their reply was i don't have any openings until two weeks we have to reorder the window....sir your guy Brandon misplaced the bolt it's the only issue at the moment. Fast forward to the appointment day the person they sent out called and had the audacity to say he doesn't have the bolts required with him thats the last straw never again will i give my money to this company! If you decide to spend money here make sure you have someone who knows about cars watch them doing their job !

The work was done quick and so far it seems like the new windshield will be good. However, after driving home and getting in my car the next day I realized that there were tiny shards of glass everywhere. All over the dashboard, seat, floor, in some of the vents... I shouldn't have to spend an hour vacuuming my car after it's been serviced. Now I'm worried I missed some and nervous about bringing my dog into the car where she might lick up some glass. Very disappointing.

I woke up to a broken rear window. I went on line and was able to schedule my repair for the next day. The technician contacted me several times prior to his arrival. The replacement window and clean up was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. The technician was professional, explaining the process about glass coming out of the bottom panel. His clean up of the glass was very good. Totally satisfied.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentReasonable price

Pretty disappointed. I needed a repair and only had two weeks from my failed inspection date to get it fixed. I made an appointment. Sent in multiple pictures. They came out only to tell me that they couldn’t repair it. I wasted a weeks time for this. What is the point of sending in pictures if they aren’t going to assess them ahead of time. Definitely do not recommend Safelite for ”repair”. I’m glad I didn’t actually have to use them because they are too expensive anyway. Stay local.

Ask for Jaquan!! Jaquan was an amazing repairman and even better customer service person! He was very accommodating to my schedule and location when coming to me. Was also very flexible when we were trying to find a sufficient spot in the city for him to be able to the work, following me Through center city on a busy Tuesday morning around 8am. He stayed out in the freezing cold for 3 hours with no breaks because my glass ended up being frozen to the car and apologized for the inconvenience that it took an hour longer than it was supposed too! I was not upset in the slightest considering I was inside, anyway great Philly service in Philly which is hard to come by nowadays!
