Everyone I spoke to was nice. The issue though is getting someone to speak to. I was driving home from running errands and ten minutes from my house the car in front of me kicked something up (a rock?) and it hit my windshield with such a loud bang I immediately knew it was bad. I had a chip and the crack coming from it grew to about quarter size by the time I got home. I tried to look up safelite’s number. The site just immediately directed me a survey to set up an appointment. Ok. Fine. But it wanted to fully replace my windshield when I felt I only needed a chip fix (or whatever the name is). So I tried to find a number to call. Best I found was the chat. It started off with a robot but I was able to get a live agent, Nancy. Nancy was nice until my husband distracted me for literally two minutes (he has a habit of wanting to talk whenever I’m busy. But this isn’t a spouse review. Though if it was most days he’d get 4 stars.) Anyway, I looked away from the conversation and after two minutes Nancy ended the conversation. (not an exaggeration. Nancy asked me a question at 3:10. At 3:12 I got an automatic notice that the conversation was ending. No warning. No hey, are you still there?) I tried to get her back and only got safe bot again. My four star average husband then found me a number to call. I spoke to Ryan. He was super amazing. Super nice. Super helpful. He got an appointment all set up for the next day. However, we never spoke of where the fix would occur. Based on the commercials and the fact that I said the crack grew as drove and I was afraid to drive my car until it was fixed I just assumed the agent was coming to my house (I mean I even gave Ryan my address). After we hung up I got a confirmation text saying I was to drive to Safelite for the fix. With my schedule and a growing crack that didn’t work for me. I called back the same number I had called before. The only problem was my number was now in the system. So all I got was a robot that told me appointment time, asked if I needed further assistance and when I said yes it told me all scheduling was done online then hung up on me. I’m sorry what? In a five star moment, my husband took it upon himself to call and get everything all fixed for me since his number wasn’t in Safelite’s system and he knew I was growing increasingly frustrated. The only downside was instead of having an appointment time I now had a five hour window and it was a day later than my original appointment. Still completely doable but the commercials make this whole process seem a lot easier and a lot more convenient. We’ll come to you. Same day service. And none of the people in the commercials are doing activities that would keep them in one spot for a five hour window. They’re out hiking and camping and going to dance recitals. Anyway, two days later, the technician (is that their title?) came right at the start of the five hour window for my appointment. I didn’t catch his name but he was very nice and explained the whole process to me. Then he went about fixing my window. It took maybe 15-20 minutes. And it looks great. It took me a second to even locate where the chip was when I went to check it out. Overall my experience varied. I by no means blame any of the super nice, super helpful workers who in my opinion deserve five stars. The problem is the big wigs at Safelite who decided to safe money by not hiring enough living human beings to help customers. The big wigs should get 1 star. Nothing personal. Just make your company user friendly and allow customers to speak with humans. Maybe also add “at what location are we fixing your windshield?” to the list of survey questions. Oh and stop advertising same day service if you have to wait two days. But, if you are able to set up an appointment, I’d recommend Safelite.

I had my windshield repaired for the first time at Safelite AutoGlass and the service was phenomenal. They were fast, efficient, so kind and even cleaned all my windows and vacuumed my whole car!! I was not expecting that at all and it made my day! It's the little things that matter. The girl who I worked with was nothing but smiles. I highly recommend this company. They literally treat you like family.

Amazing ……. This facility and its employees are fantastic. They rescheduled a prior appointment without any issue which is rare in todays world. The technician called before arriving and was very kind . The installation took about 40 minutes and he was professional the entire time . I highly recommend this location for any glass replacement. I will use them again when the need is there . Thank you to all employees who work at this facility:your amazing.

They started even before they opened; and got me in early. The gentleman, memory is failing me for his name, I believe Michael?, did amazing work. He even cut out my stickers with the glass, since they couldn’t be removed without ripping and taped the edges off for me. The service and time frame was amazing! The gentleman at the front desk was super amazing! Kind hearted, attentive, and very nice. I’d choose this one over mechanicsburg’s anytime!! They truly did an amazing job. I drive a 2013 mini Cooper. So, it looks beautiful now!!! Thank you staff. I also drank a Capri sun and a bag of chips ❤️ helped with my morning! Thank you thank you!PositiveProfessionalism

Had a chip in my windshield. Using the Safelite website I booked a convenient appointment for the tech to come to the house. Online booking only take a minute or two was very easy to setup. About 20 minutes prior to the appointment the technician called to let me know he was on the way and the approximate time he would arrive. He was darn close to his predicted time. The tech, Edward, was outstanding. He was friendly and easy to talk with. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I appreciated that. I am very satisfied with the work and would gladly use Safelite again. My insurance covered everything, so no out of pocket is always nice. For me, booking with the Carlisle Safelite was the right call. Highly recommend.

Technician Zachary was highly professional and efficient in repairing my vent window. The service was completed ahead of schedule, and I’ve had no issues since. While I was working on school assignments, he expertly worked on my car. They also did a great job cleaning the remaining glass in my car. Zachary was thorough in explaining the service and provided clear instructions for any follow-up care. Overall, 10/10 excellent service!
