I previously gave them 5 stars but, I reduced their review to three stars because they sold me wiper blades that chattered and squeaked at every wipe. I went to the North Scranton store to complain and the women at the desk said the tech will call the next day. No call so far and its been over a month. I made a follow-up visit and no technicians available. I bought new silicone blades...solved the problem. At the time of the windshield replacement, the technician indicated the blades were Bosch....I have had the same trouble with this brand in the past...oh well I learn again.

My first time using safelite auto i went on got a quote scheduled for them to come to me to fix my windshield and paid for everything once I confirmed they told me I had to pay an additional amount of 34.99 plus tax to have them come out to me after I already paid the fee they r rip offs and on top of everything else when the removed my windshield they had my front bumper hanging off the ground I had to pay the mechanic to fix it ive reached out to the company and can't seem to get throughNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

I had this windshield installed Monday, only reason I went with safelite is because of the warranty. Which was described as any and all damage. Get to work at 4pm Thursday, notice a chip of glass missing on the INSIDE of the windshield. Immediately call safelite. Explained the damage etc and was told it would be covered under the warranty. Get a phone call 0745 Saturday morning from tech Teddy stating he is coming out for a stress fracture, I explained the damage to him and he informs me that that isn't covered by the warranty, but will come look at it. I was like umm, nothing hit the windshield and this isn't caused by that. 3 hours of going back and forth with safelite. I'm now waiting until Monday to speak to manager, warranty and customer service. I'm beyond upset, teddy was not only rude to me but my husband, then I had to preached to by Patty about following God. Like I can't make any of this up. This has been a horrible experience and I should have gone with the local shop I initially set up with. Update: after some talking with the manager Lance, he warrantied the the windshield. Thank you.

Had an 1 pm appointment with the local store here and thought things were going fine. Well, an hour passed and this boy comes out ( not sure on his name, just alot younger than we are) says our van is done, and by the way, our windshield wiper that he has in his hand is broke and do we want to buy a new one cause they sell them there It wasn't broke before we came in to get the windshield replaced. So we said no cause Walmart isn't too far away and we can get them there for less cost and I sure as heck am not going to buy something there if I think that place is the reason for it breaking. So we go to leave after paying and there is glass in our seats still. I wipe it off enough to sit, cause I'm beyond angry right now due to their "claims" that they found my wiper like that and they never vacuumed out my vehicle good, especially if I can still see glass in my seat, on my floor, and on my dash. I just vacuumed it up with my Dyson hand vac and still vacuuming here and there as I see some more missed pieces of glass. So far, it filled the bottom of the canister in my vacuum. Not happy at all and I do not recommend this place at all!

Years ago I had a windshield replaced by a competitor of Safelite because "the price was better". After my experience with Safelite I whole-heartedly regret that decision. I specifically want to call out my technician Rock for being completely professional, educational and doing a great job on my windshield. I jokingly told my wife afterwards, "I want to hit this windshield with a bat so he has to come back and do it again". Safelite knows what they're doing when it comes to auto glass. I will only use them going forward whenever I need work like this done.

Couldn’t get an appointment for my shattered rear windshield for a full week. Got plenty of text reminders about the appointment though which was 8am-1pm. When I inquired at 12pm to make sure they were definitely going to come I was told the technician was behind and would call me soon. At 1:30pm I left....no call, no show. I should have known better than to call a franchise recommended by the insurance company. I will use a local glass replacement company. Thanks for nothing.NegativePunctuality, Professionalism
