Unfortunately I cannot recommend this Brand explicitly this location, until my service is completed. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at this location prior and I had a pleasant experience, I recently had an unexplained event to my vehicle, that I chose to return back to satellite because I was pleased with the prior experience, but on this event I explain what possibly could of happened I was refuted and denied the possibility of faulty glass , so I paid for service and opted to take my old glass with me , the service supervisor on duty returned my vehicle to me , as I got in to close the door I hear , a loud rattling noise, and I look in the rear seat its glass shards all in the back seat and floor, I returned into safelite I tell them there is glass inside the door frame.and the service manager told me his manager told him if anyone does not buy the recycling, return the glass and leave the broken glass in the door frame because that’s part of the recycling fee, and he told me half of the glass rests inside the door, risking damage to to electrical window mechanisms that could incur a hefty financial burden in getting fixed, so there was a long debate on policy and practices on professionalism in which he clearly had the same redundant response and no documentation on the glass recycling terms of service, he just kept stating that’s what his manager told him to do. So I asked for the GM , of the store.. he stated that’s confidential and someone will reach out to you on Monday 3/24/25. I think this person who was left in charge was not trained or has no training in management, customer service or company ethics. As I stated before if this is the practice of craftsmanship at this location beware, get everything in writing and ask questions on what their policy states prior to doing business at this location. I’m sure I’m not the first person nor the last that they will do this too. Any damage done within the door mechanisms will be addressed appropriately.

Horrible customer service at the Willow Grove location. My appointment was on Tuesday at 9 am. But after making this appointment, I was informed about my vehicle's windshield possibly being under warranty/recall. Being that it's impossible to actually get through to their office(person) to cancel my appointment. I physically had to drive to their location. Once I arrived for my appointment, I explained to the young lady at the front desk my situation. She seemed annoyed by the questions I was asking. I was trying to tell her the dealership didn't open till 10 am, if I could just wait around until I found out about my windshields warranty/recall. She told me no and gave me her direct number to call and reschedule my appointment. Once I found out the information from the dealership and I would have to go back to Safelite for my windshield to be replaced. I called the number she gave to reschedule my appointment. She told me I could come in the next day(Wednesday) at 10 am. OK, great, I'm thinking. I even confirmed with her definitely tomorrow, and she said yes. So I arrived the next day only to find out she messed up. My appointment was actually Thursday. I told her I took off work and had an appointment for my vehicle's inspection to be done on Thursday. She then said, "They didn't have my windshield ordered." I said, "But what do you mean I had an appointment yesterday, so my glass should already be hear". She then said, "Hold on a minute, let me see what I can do." She returns with the manager. He then tells me they had already returned my glass. Now I'm 😡. He told me I could come back tomorrow and drop off my vehicle and not miss work. I asked if they would cover my Uber for their mistakes. He said "no." So basically, I'm out two days pay and no fixed windshield. Thanks, Safelite, for your great customer service.

I used Safelite Shop facilities in the past for my previous vehicle and was extremely satisfied. This time I did everything on line thru the app which was very easy and I am NOT a tech savvy guy. From scheduling and paying it was extremely easy. Through out the day I was given an estimated time of arrival of 1:30-5:30. I received a call from the tech they scheduled to perform the work just after 4:00 saying he would be arriving within 20 min. He arrived just as he said and was very polite and personable. He performed the job right on my driveway and answered any and all questions I had. To be perfectly honest, I am very particular with my vehicles (OCD) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I went inside so he could do his job, however I did look out my window on occasion to check his progress and to check the weather as there was rain in the forecast. I found it amazing that one person was able to do this job alone. The tools and set up he had amazed me. He finished the job as the light rain was starting, I have not moved my truck yet. It still sitting on the driveway as it has not stopped raining in two days. Letting the sealer set before I go driving the vehicle makes me feel more at ease. I would use Safelite again and again and would highly recommend the tech they sent. Thank you Colin and thanks safelite.

I,d leave a negative star review if I could. - I took my truck to Safelite for a windshield repair, and what should’ve been a simple job of replacing my windshield turned into a disaster. A few weeks later, during an ice storm, I noticed a huge leak under my Footwell/Brake pedal area. I took it back to them, hoping they could fix it, but instead, they somehow managed to do even more damage — they couldn’t even start my truck after the repair because of the extensive water damage. In the end, it cost over $5,000 to fix everything, and I had to wait over TWO MONTHS to get my truck back. Sure, they gave me a rental car and covered the repairs, but honestly, that’s the least they could’ve done after completely messing up my Truck. This experience was a total disaster, and I wouldn’t trust Safelite to fix anything ever again. Don’t make the same mistake I did — stay far away from them. Also, the young woman at the front desk has an awful attitude and terrible customer service skills.

Safelite Willow Grove replaced my windshield and it immediately leaked. After removing several inches of water from my passenger floor and drying out the car with fans for 2 days it still smelled horrible. They did replace the windshield correctly the 2nd time. However, I had to call the corporate help line 7 times over two weeks to get the Manager at Willow Grove to address my issues. When we finally spoke he offered to run an ionizer in my car for the smell, that’s it. So after paying top dollar for a safelite repair, spending hours drying my car out, I now get to drive my car over to their shop and leave it there for another few hours. I got 3 quotes for a windshield replacement and Safelite was 20% higher than all of them and almost 35% higher than the lowest quote. I still went with them because I thought it would be a premium experience. Wow, was I wrong! Complete waste of money, go with a mom and pop shop, you’ll get better service and your chances of a successful repair are exactly the same. FOLLOW UP: after posting this review Safelite posted a reply indicating that they would like to help. Once again, I reached out to them and this appears to be just another automated message reply. The operator I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about when I referenced it. She offered to have a regional director call me and it’s currently been 5 days and I haven’t heard from anyone. Just more of the same poor experience from a poorly run franchise.

I had a terrible experience with Safelite AutoGlass in Willow Grove. I had damage to the back windshield of my vehicle and scheduled an appointment here. They were busy, so I had to wait a week for an appointment with no back window. No big deal. However, three days before my appointment I was told the parts they needed did not arrive and they would have to push my appointment. They were still busy, so it was pushed out a full week. After my appointment finished, I was told they didn’t know I needed the back window slider fixed, so I would have to come back for them to install the sliding mechanism. I also noticed a large dent along the replaced window and pointed it out to the technician. He said he did not recall doing that, but he would talk to the manager. I spoke with the manager, and he said I would be reimbursed for the damage. He asked me to get a quote for the repair. I arrived at my second appointment to fix the sliding mechanism with a quote for the repair. The manager, David O’Donnell, told me this was too much and that he would get his own quote and reach out to me. I have not heard from him since. I have followed up with several emails and phone calls. I have called the front desk numerous times and been told a manager would call me back the following day, but I have not received a single call. After disputing the transaction with my bank and communicating with Safelite Corporate over the dispute, my charge was sent to a debt collection agency with zero notice. I will not be using Safelite again.
