The entire process from coordinating the windshield with my insurance co.pany, to getting the repair made, was excellently integrate. When I arrived at the Safelight shop they had all appropriate paperwork. They started working on my windshield immediately upon my arrival. The repair was completed the repair in less than a half hour. It was a great experience from the beginning step scheduling the repair and coordinating wirh insurance 99% of which was done by GEICO and Safelight, to completing the repair. All was a pleasant experience where most other services have become more complex and time consuming. It was refreshing to find a process that works, and a repair that was done in an excellent manner.

Absolutely fantastic! Beyond five stars. This was my second time in the past two years with two different cars and two broken windshields. They do beautiful work! I wouldn’t have a windshield repaired or replaced anywhere else but Ephrata Safelite. They are the best and it is such a well run operation. They have a system in place that really works. If and when anything happens and I would need another auto glass replacement or repair, I would return again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone. The staff are wonderful professionals and they do an incredible job. The communication is terrific before, during, and after the appointment and their team lets you know the timeline and the details of the process. You can definitely call and get right through to a Safelite team member at this location. If you schedule an appointment they will call you and provide their office contact information and they are very accessible. There is a nice waiting area in the office where you can work and enjoy a coffee while you wait or you can drop off. They are very kind, customer-focused professionals who really know their stuff, and very informative about your vehicle repair and payment options. Thank you so very much to the Safelite AutoGlass Ephrata team.

Their "repair" service wasn't as transparent as glass. Although I could see through his pitch. I may say more translucent if anything. Safelite is one of the many companies that will tell you that if your windshield crack is less then the length of a dollar bill that they can totally fix it. Simple answer. They can't. No one can The wording on their website, and the company website is legally misleading and a misrepresentation of what their "repair" services can accomplish. They should change it before a class action suit We went to the Ephrata location looking to get a less than dollar bill- length-crack repaired. When we arrived, we were told that they could repair it, but it would continue to crack. Then we said, "Well then you can't repair it." They said, "Well yes, but it won't work." That's not a repair. This went back and forth for like 5 minutes. The more we pressed them, the more they acted as if they'd never seen a windshield to begin with, and probably, most likely, they've never really repaired a windshield. He only wanted the sale of the repair to begin with, then that way we'd be stuck with Safelite, because he knew the repair would fail, eventually requiring replacement anyway. Poor salesmanship. Not very neighborly for this area. There's a guy in Lancaster we called who will guarantee the work, and do it $40 cheaper for the replacement. Plus he'll come to us. Email me and I'll give ya his info So don't let any website tell you that they can repair anything having to do with a windshield, because they can't. They can ONLY replace it. I'm a Google Guide, with 40 verified reviews. MY word you can trust. Safelite, ehhhh, not so much.

I have used Safelite AutoGlass three times within the last two years. I had a windshield in need of repair from a thrown rock on the road. It was easy to schedule this repair and they handled all the insurance billing, all I did was show up with my vehicle. A month after this repair, the windshield cracked. This was of no fault of the initial repair, I was warned in advance it may not hold since the area was so large. Again, easy to schedule appointment. I was told ahead of time what I would be expected to pay and that's the exact amount I paid. Third time was a total replacement from crack due to rock on road, different vehicle. I experienced the same professional service as prior. Easy to schedule, take your vehicle on time and give you a very good estimate on when to expect it completed.

They replaced my windshield while I waited. Small waiting area but water and coffee are available. Would've given 5 stars if I didn't have to go back. My windshield wipers haven't worked since the replacement, so I'm taking it back in so they can fix it. Thankfully, it's under the warranty. UPDATE: I went back to have the wipers "plugged back in" only to be patronized. As if returning to have my wipers working properly again was trivial to them. The manager (I'm assuming) kept saying things like it was only a little plug that needed to be plugged back in, and (in that patronizing voice) "so sorry you had to come all the way back here just for that." Well, if you and your guys had done your job correctly the first time (since it was so simple), I would not have had to come back! I know they don't care about this review because most of their business is through insurance, but don't patronize me. If it was a simple thing, your guys shouldn't have missed it. The dealership would've charged me $75 for what you didn't do. Your guys omitted the step, so your guys had to fix it. Excuse me for wanting a job done right the first time.
