The windshield had scuffs on it, which I approved to continue service because the damages was minimal and they offered a discount, but they clearly are not concerned with providing a perfect service. Most importantly, my wiper transmission part was broken during service which has affected the function of my windshield wipers, requiring a part nearly equal to the cost of replacing the windshield itself. They did not acknowledge this when I picked up the car, which would have been respectable and understandable that accidents happen. It is impossible to get through to customer service or the shop location. Just go to your local glass repair shop.

Driver pulled out in front of there office on rt one in Levittown this morning crossed two lanes of traffic to come to a 20 mile per hour drive in a 40mph zone. Then decided to put his van in reverse on rt one in front of the fusion gym to come back and flip me off bc I told him the speed limit was 40mph. He reversed 15 yards down the road Then proceeded to flip me off lathe way to the Sunoco on the right side before the red raven Hope Managment sees this bc I tried called their office three times now and no one answers Dude honestly could have killed some one at the intersection where all the construction for the police station is happening

Excellent Techs. Did the glass right and tight . Looks great. Manager could grow a sac in his spare time. Not Everybody has a strong work ethic. The techs went above and beyond tackling the challenges I brought them and had me out the door in an hour. Thank goodness it wasn't just the manager working or I'd still be sitting there right now. Thanks guys much appreciated. Tell your boss to grow a pair and get his hands dirty. He might get a different perspective and his testosterone levels might even out for him. They must be low rn. Thanks again

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Would give 0 or negative stars if I could. The tech Julio was very late and extremely rude. When I questioned why he couldn't come in the FOUR AND A HALF hour time window of time, he started crying to me that he had 12 other jobs and it wasn't convenient for him because I lived "so far away". Then when I let him know that wasn't my concern, he hung up on me. Called and spoke to the manager and he was just as rude and unprofessional. He accused me of "yelling" at him and the tech when I wasn't even loud, let alone yelling. Two grown ass men were crying that I yelled at them when I didn't. Beyond pathetic. There are plenty of other places that will cost you less money and a lot less aggravation - do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Just switched auto insurance and eight days later a rock picked up and smashed my windshield. I chose not to go through my insurance, used a promo code to save a little money. I was able to make an appointment for the following day. I dropped off my car at 8:30 and my car was ready by 9:20. Under promise & over deliver - very nice! They reapplied my EZ pass and preserved my inspection stickers until I can get new ones. Service was great, they cleaned my car dashboard, and there was no debris left. I made the appointment and even paid for this online.

I just recently got my windshield replaced after a chunk of ice fell on it and cracked it. I called my insurance, who recommended Safelite and booked me an appointment. They sent me a text with a picture, and the name, of the technician they were sending me. His name was Erik. The mobile unit gives a window, rather than an appointment, but that was fine with me. On the day of the appointment Erik phoned me and asked me if he could come a little early, which I thought was great rather than waiting for the entire window of time. Safelite gives a possibility of up to 2 hours for the appointment, but Eric finished it in one. And he was extremely friendly and helpful. It's been more than a day since Eric replaced my windshield and it doesn't look like anything happened. I got a text informing me when it was safe for me to drive my car, and I just got another one informing me that it was now safe to remove any remaining tape on my windshield. If you have any questions they have a live chat you can use. As of this moment I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone who needs to replace their windshield. It's expensive. But if you have the money they're worth the price.
