This is the second service we’ve had done through this location. The first was a mobile repair, and this one was done in shop because of the weather. Every person we have spoken to has been so nice and helpful, and both repairs were done in less time than originally estimated. I feel like our cars were just as respected as we were, which is important as my car had fewer than 9000 miles on it when it needed the windshield replaced. The whole process was explained to us beforehand, and when we picked the car back up he let us know how the installation went and stressed that if there were any questions or we notice any problems to bring it back immediately and they would make it right. We didn’t have any problems after either installation, but I am positive that if we did, they would have been fixed.

Travis did a great job. I ended up needing a full windshield replacement. He took the time to explain why it was the safer option. He was ready with my out of pocket costs, available upgrades and I was scheduled within 48 hours. My windshield was replaced while I was working and he followed up to make sure everything was still perfect the next day. Great service and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Safelite and Travis

I recently visited Safelite for a glass repair after a small crack appeared on the driver’s side of my windshield due to a stone hit while driving. Though the damage was minimal, it was right in my line of sight and needed prompt attention. The team at Safelite did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, and completed the repair right on time. The work was done with great precision, and now the crack is barely noticeable. I’m especially thankful for their quick turnaround and attention to detail. I appreciate how smoothly the entire process went, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend Safelite for anyone in need of reliable and high-quality auto glass repair.

I am happy with the final product of my service - a new windshield. So far, so good. No issues. However, the service part was not the best. I did the "Drop & Go" service. I do not recommend this. I dropped my car off, no problem. I received a text around 10:45 AM that work had started on my car. I called around 3 PM to see where they were at with my car and if it was finished. First of all, the number online connected me to an agent that was not at the Erie location. This was inconvenient and time consuming. Finally, he gave me the direct number to reach the shop. When I called the shop, the employee that answered told me they have started my car and the windshield was in, however, it still needed calibrated. And because I chose the "Drop & Go" they stopped working on my car to work on others. He wasn't sure when they would get back to my car. Mind you, they close at 5 PM. I explained that I had a ride in at that time so I would come in and wait in the lobby. The lobby was disgusting. I don't think the floors had been cleaned in over a week. The tables were dusty and had cobwebs under them. Let's just say it was not my favorite place to wait with my two small children. Finally, around 4:45 PM my car was finished. I'm not sure if a scheduled appointment would have been better because there were a couple other customers in the lobby area waiting for their vehicles as well for quite a long time.

I had an amazing experience at this location. My Tesla window was cracked and I scheduled an appointment through my insurance provider. Apparently I put the appointment on my calendar incorrectly. They called me later in the afternoon and said they were sorry they missed me! They got me in the next day. The Manager, Tim, and I had some great conversations while I was there. The technicians were also very friendly and interactive. I had some fun with by having the Tesla fart while the were working on the car:). Overall A+ work by this crew.

Asked to speak to a human (representative) and was hung up on. I’ll never do business with Safelite. They had their chance and blew it. It’s about time these companies realize customer service shouldn’t come from a mindless computer. I’ll look for a family owned company. Even paying more for the same glass repair will be worth it. I’d rather my money go to feed a blue collar businessman’s family than some corporate pencil neck board member.
