This shop canceled on my three times.first two times didn’t even tell me. I’m an uber driver and had taken the time off to have my windshield replaced. This last time was the worst experience by far. I call the 800 # to find out when the tech was coming. The automated system said I didn’t have an appointment. Once I spoke to a rep they confirmed I didn’t have an appt. I insured them I was looking at my text that confirm I did. They said they called the tech and would be there in 30 mins. I was at the grocery store at the time. As soon as I push the red hang up button I receive a text from the rep that I had 10 mins to get to my property or they would move on to the next. Needless to say I inform him I was on my way after I check out. When I left I text to let him know which gate to enter in my complex, mind you this was 9 mins later and he said they left. That I would be moved to the end of the day. I called the location to speak to a manager with how he handled the situation. He said he would have him return asap. He showed up 1.5hrs later. I received no text he arrived or a pic of who he was. He moved my car wi th out telling me he needed to do so. Then when he left to drive it to calibrate it he sped through my apartment parking lot that has no speed bumps, having my front office call me and tell me I needed to slow down before they write me up for it. I called back to the location for them to tell me he didn’t do that and I would need to go to talk the tech myself. I will never use safelite in phnx ever again! Oh and I received a text at 2:15pmthat my tech would arrive at 12:50pm! NEVER EVER EVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN

They ended up putting in a windshield that ended up cracking as soon as they put it in. Then they decided to not do the recalibration of the safety features until I can come back to do another replacement since they don't have another windshield in warehouse to get done the same day. I'm taking it as they're in a time crunch and don't want to do it since they're going to have to do it again next week. Their excuse was the "possibility" of the new Crack causing the system to malfunction anyway. So now I'll be driving my car without its safety features because they don't even want to try. They also didn't vacuum up after themselves and left a bunch of fuzz in my car and left another of black glue marks on my white paint. If my car ends up in an accident because my safety features were not turned on and recalibrated properly by Safelite, you bet your butt I'll be contacting a lawyer to sue Safelite

Referred by my insurance company. They were easy to contact to get the new windshield. We had a dash cam and I was informed I had to stick it back on the new windshield. Safelite installer put the adhesive on the dash cam and I placed it on the windshield. It fell off in less than 24 hours. Getting Safelite to stand behind their service you are dealing with a different company. Almost impossible to speak to a person. The warranty line disconnects you, so you have to call in and say it is for new business to speak to an agent. Once you get a person they can transfer you. 45 minutes later, I was talking to one of their managers and she was all company policy, did not listen to me. So I got a halfway job after paying full price. My dash cam is hanging by a wire dangling from the cord - Safelite poor quality reminder every time I get into the car. BUYER BEWARE = DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

I’ve had Safelite replaced a few of my windshields. Some of them have been OEM windshields, but the recent one was just a standard windshield since I didn’t have cameras or a heads up display to require an original OEM windshield and I gotta say I was very impressed that I was able to get a windshield installed on my vehicle that looks great and it was less than $300 out-of-pocket just paying cash and not having to go through insurance. Also, the technician that did the install was super professional and quick and took a really good job taken care of my car to make sure that he didn’t damage anything while doing the windshield so he gets a 10 out of 10 for that!

Brandon was my tech and he did a PHENOMENAL job! First of all he was super professional, filled me in on all he had to do including installing the new windshield and calibrating everything after the windshield was in. He gave me an expected time for all this to be completed and actually got done early! He treated myself and my car with the utmost respect and even had a little time to chat with me after. Should I ever need Safelite's services again I will request Brandon as he is a shining example of an exceptional employee and representative for Safelite. To top all of that, the windshield was installed flawlessly and I am a happy camper. Thanks Brandon!

STAY AWAY! Absolutely terrible. I had a family member schedule an appointment. I spent 30 minutes trying to reschedule or talk to a rep without any success - Good luck trying to get it rescheduled, they have a that automated voice helper that has turbo autism; so far on the spectrum that it will not help you with anything. Do not call the telephone number on google maps, IT DOES NOT HELP/Terrible experience, please tell ALL your friends to STAY AWAY from this company. I tried telling them i was going to be late without success, when i got there 30 minutes late they couldn’t figure out a way to schedule me any sooner than 5 days away probably out of spite. total waste of time. If it’s worth mentioning, this is my first bad review.
