Zero integrity and horrible customer service!! Booked appt online, quoted a price for Premium package, which included new wipers. Click to pay and price went up over $80 + !?! Look at the breakdown and they charge $69.98 for wipers!! (Who in their right mind would pay that for wipers is ridiculous) but they were supposedly included on my quote! I deleted the wipers and price still wasn’t what was quoted! Foolishly went ahead and booked an appt to have installed, because of mobile service, and asked for 30 min lead time so I could use my lunch break to drive home for appt. and continue working remote for rest of the day. (Which my boss wasn’t thrilled with but needed windshield replaced to pass Inspection). Scheduled the Inspection for tomorrow, because it should have been ready. Never got the 30 minute notice, and as I’m driving home Tech calls to say he’s there! I said I was 15-20 mins away. First he said he would come back after a repair and I said I’d be home rest of the day. Then he was complaining about it being cold etc. and asked if I could bring it to their shop, 15 miles away. NOPE! Still on the phone, as I literally pull up to his van, he “claimed” it was snowing and he’d have to reschedule. I said I’m sitting right behind you, it is NOT snowing!! He told me to bring it to the shop and I said, I can’t I have to work still! That is the entire reason I picked your company because you advertised mobile repairs!! And I already scheduled the Inspection because this was supposed to be done today! So to recap, false advertising on price and services, price gouging and straight up LIED about snowing! It’s almost 3 hrs after my appt and still has NOT SNOWED!! He could have been done by now. Instead, I risked my job and pissed my boss off, charged more than quoted and then cancelled my appt based on a LIE! And now can’t get appt for Inspection for another week! 🤬 SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY AND AGGRAVATIONS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Fun fact, three other places I called afterwards, were all cheaper, and happy to schedule an appt next day.

I wish I could give more stars. I needed my windshield replaced and I made an appointment and I had a tech call me before the appointment to review everything. They went above and beyond explaining the charges and what they intend to do. They were super fast at installing the windshield while I waited and it looked great! They even vacuum your car for you! You can tell they treat their customers like family by speaking with the awesome people that work for them and how accommodating they are. Thank you so much!

I was able to schedule a time that was convenient. The service began promptly when it was scheduled and completed ahead of schedule. The driver assist, lane centering and self driving camera were calibrated and the windshield and car were returned clean. My day off was “shattered” when a rock hit my windshield of my new car! Immediately the Safelite commercial came to my head. I was able to schedule online, and they even took care of my insurance claim. They had my entire windshield replaced the next day, and it barely cost me a thing. Every person I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the service, although I hope I never need to use them again!

I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment and they got to work right away. Keith is the gentleman who took care of me, he was fair and honest, and was quite pleasant to talk to. I was out of there only 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I'd recommend this location to anyone.
