Safelite provided the worst windshield replacement experience I’ve ever had. After the initial repair, the technician left grease all over the interior of my truck. I had already cleaned most of it before I decided to take pictures. The new $60 pair of windshield wipers they talked me into were horrible and rattled on the glass, no matter their speed or how much rain there was. Then less than 4 months after the replacement a stress crack appeared in the bottom center of the glass. So I call them out because it’s under warranty and the technician said it was caused by an impact after they had already said it was a stress crack and started to explain that “Sometimes there’s just defects in the glass when we get it” and “we don’t know until it cracks. That’s why they cover it under warranty.” Then BAM. It was caused by an impact and you’ll have to pay for a replacement. Save your time and money and go with someone else.

I had the pleasure of having Khyree fix my windshield, and I couldn't be more impressed with the job he did. He was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. From the moment he arrived, Khyree explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the process. The repair was done quickly and flawlessly — you’d never know there was any damage to begin with. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Khyree to anyone in need of windshield repair. Excellent service from start to finish!

I tried to schedule appt through safelite website, but refused my pymt option. I used the same pymt option scheduling appt through my insurance, and then safelite kept thinking I didn't schedule appt. When tech showed for appt., he stated he couldn't do replacement bc the windshield he had was damaged, and that his boss would call me that afternoon to reschedule. I did appreciate that. However, I never got a call for rescheduling. I had to call to reschedule. Tech is supposed to clean ALL the windows and vacuum any pieces of glass/debris from windshield replacement. It was the same tech as before, but text the secondary phone number for arrival updates. Tech did not vacuum any debris left and also didn't clean any windows. The windshield was "cleaned" using wipers and wiper fluid.

If I could give them a 0 I would! I will never use Safelite again. They left my truck unwrapped after refusing to replace the windshield due to a minor rust area. It rained about an hour later before we could get a tarp on it since we had to buy a tarp from the store and it shorted the computer or something like that in our truck. Now they are refusing to fix it and it’s all because they didn’t wrap the windshield after not being able to replace it due to rust. I wouldn’t think best business practices would be to leave a customers truck completely open to the elements when rain was in the forecast. Do not use this company. They are not training their new people accurately and you will end up with damage And they won’t help. They have left me and my young kids and husband that’s is a disabled veteran without a vehicle for over two weeks and now we’re going to have to figure out a way to get the money to fix a problem they caused. They will lie to your Insurance Company and tell them it’s your fault and in the end it’s your word against theirs. Would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

I cannot express just how insanely terrible this whole experience has been. Oh, and the windshield was never replaced. Set an appointment online for service at my residence for a Saturday. Tech no show / no call. Call 1-800 number. Automated call center hell. On hold for an hour. Rep says tech will call to reschedule. Never happened. Went to cancel appointment online, system offered me $100 not to. Cool beans. No call back. Called 1-800 again. More call center purgatory. Rep can’t help, admin hold on account. Use chat feature, get 1-888 number. Rude person has no desire to hear my story. Try to reschedule. With $100 discount, total is MORE than original quote. If I could give negative stars, it’d be -5. And I’m a sweet dude. Seriously. This company is TERRIBLE

Absolutely the worst auto experience ever. I followed the directions from the guy who answered the phone. Dropped my car off at 8:25pm for morning service. The guy on the phone said it would be 2 to 3 hours to fix. The next day (Friday) I got a text at 5pm telling me to bring my car for service when it was sitting in front of the door since overnight. I called to ask about my car but the system couldn’t understand what I was saying. (It had no trouble with my speech Thursday.) I got a female to speak with me but she was extremely rude with a bad attitude. After being on hold for a while she said they’d been busy it would be ready around 6pm. When I hung up, I got a message around 5:17 stating my car was being serviced. I got a call at 6 stating it was done but he said I could pick it up Saturday if I wanted to. I work 7am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday so that wasn’t an option. When I arrived, no apology for forgetting about my car for 21 hours, or not noticing it staring at him less than 10 feet through the front door. Never again. If I could give zero stars I would.
