From start to finish it was a great experience signing up online and make the appointment was very user friendly. My windshield technician Nathan showed up on time. He explained everything to me about the whole process. Nathan even sent me updates as he was installing the new windshield. When it was all finished, Nathan sat with me and explained the calibration process how I'll be receiving a certificate stating that the calibration done. It truly was an easy, seamless process. Thank you so much Nathan. Well done

My appointment was canceled 1 hour and 15 minutes into the appointment window (due to a family emergency). An agent called to reschedule and offer a 50% discount if I came into the shop. I inquired about the price (thankfully) if I came into the shop. She stated that since I was using insurance, 50% off my deductible would be $250. I then pointed out that the quoted price was $360 (that included other services with the windshield), and she started to ramble. I canceled the appointment and found a business to provide the same services for $250 (and better reviews). In my opinion, increasing the price simply because I have insurance is dishonest and poor business ethics. Update: I am still fighting to get the fraudulent insurance claim removed. They couldn't provide me a scheduled service, didn't even see my vehicle, and still filed a claim with my insurance company.

The service itself was great. Very quick and efficient. The process of booking online was OK, but not great. My passenger side window was the one damaged, yet they were trying to push new wiper blades for me. It made no sense. My personal opinion is that the service is very expensive. For the little amount of time the technician was at my house, there is a huge markup for parts and labor.

Very professional front office staff. They are people oriented. I felt welcomed. This is a good team and well-managed. The technician who did the work was very professional, too. He took time to explain what was done and answered all of my questions. Afterwards, I felt like I had dealt with good people who did good work.

Great experience. A rock or some ice flew off the back of a car driving in front of me and cracked my windshield. They got me in quickly, and then fixed my windshield quickly too. Everyone was polite and the waiting area was comfortable and clean with music and coffee provided. Fast and easy experience for fixing a surprise problem

had my hyundai broken into, got a smashed window and contacted safelite. got an appointment on the website which was super easy, had text reminders and all. by the time my appointment came they were super accommodating and had great service! lady at the front counter was very understanding as well. my window looked as good as new and i couldn’t be happier. they even cleaned up the remaining glass pieces from my car. thank you so much!! definitely recommendPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
