Dwayne impressed me. He made a good catch the day before my appointment, noticing that my car required a trim piece that had to be special-ordered. He ordered it and made sure I got rescheduled. When we arrived at Safelite Huron, the parking lot was clear of snow and ice. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My windshield wasn't cracked or chipped, but hard to see out of in very bright conditions (sun, oncoming headlights at night). He figured out the problem right off, it was scratched. He was professional, capable, and friendly. He treated my 19-year-old car with TLC, and it was returned to me cleaner than I left it, the interior vacuumed and all the windows washed. He went over the standard cautions and warranty coverages and answered all my questions. I give Dwayne five stars for his attention to detail and outstanding customer service. I love my new windshield and highly recommend Safelite Huron and Dwayne.

I was prepared to write a negative review based on my first experience with the installer and the company, but they made things right in the long run. I liked the easy scheduling for a glass claim, but this was done through my insurance so I can't say I self-scheduled. The first repair, the installer broke the new windshield before putting it in. Then, it took several days for them to come back. This was a complaint of mine, but they did install it correctly within a week and I can't really be upset anymore. Quick, took about 45 minutes but the advertisement that says it can be done in any weather, anywhere is wrong: This is not true. If it is hot, rainy, inclimate at all, they will ask for a covered area which is not always possible. If you have a covered area, get it prepared before the appointment because when the gentleman broke mine the first time, he was ready to blame me for not having the car in the garage. Make this clear on your advertisements and in your information. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars for sure.

The experience was quick and effective. The technician on site was well equipped, experienced and very pleasant to do business with.the online quote was estimated for two hours while he had it done in 1 hr 15 min. was only charged what quoted and it came with sound advice. the only issue wasn't even their fault. Google maps had the location listed on the opposite side of the road. If ever needed, I will absolutely give this location future business.

Safelite came to my home when it was ninety plus degrees to replace my windshield. The technician was awesome. He pulled the front end of my car into the garage and got started right away. He worked and we talked until the job was done. The windshield looks great. I am a very satisfied customer.
