Their website was easy to navigate in order to make an appointment, and then we received confirmations and reminders via our email. Ian (from the Brunswick, Ohio location) was our technician and was incredibly professional and friendly via a phone call and in person, as well. What a great company representative you have on your hands. He is an incredible asset to your establishment. We would do business again with your location in a heartbeat!

My experience with them was great. They even fixed my wipers that have been messed up for 2+ years. I would definitely go back if I happen to have another crack in my windshield. They were pretty on point with how long everything was going to take even the extra time to fix my wipers. If you don’t want to wait there, there are a few places in walking distance you can walk to.

My car was broken into and they smashed out the back passenger window. My insurance company recommended I call Safelite AutoGlass to replace the window. I scheduled online. It was a pretty easy process. I had several notifications about my upcoming appointment and who my technician will be with a phot of my Technician, Tom. Which made me feel very safe knowing who to look for. Tom called ahead before he headed my way. Tom & his Assistant, Justin were extremely professional, courteous, and so kind. They answered all the questions I had. Explained they process of what they were doing along the way. They replaces my rear window glass quickly and thoroughly cleaned up all the glass. Very quick in and out, was able to do the recalibration of sensors (rain, collision avoidance...) as is required so I didn't have to make a separate appointment with my car dealer. Placed new wiper blades for a very reasonable cost. Expectations were made clear ahead of time, service was done as stated, staff was very kind. I would return to this location. Great experience. They were on time (early actually but called first to make sure that was okay) and friedly. They repaired the windshield and recalibrated everything in a couple hours. Setting up the appointment was easy, too, and the lady setting up the appointment was knowledgeable, knew to get all the details to make sure they had the correct windshield. Would definitely use them again.

Terrible experience with the Brunswick location. First, the rep made an appointment for us to get my windshield replaced. Shortly after, the appointment was cancelled since the windshield was backordered. Received an email to reschedule a couple weeks later. Dropped off my car at 8:30am (told to bring it in between 7:30am-9:30am). I was told I should be next. I was entitled to new wiper blades based on our insurance. I tried numerous times to add them online to my appointment and was unsuccessful. When I dropped the car off, I asked the check-in person to add them. He tried but also couldn’t add the new wiper blades. He said he’d make a few calls. Our car sat in the lot until 3:41pm when they finally began working on it. The job should take between 2 – 4 hours to complete. This location closes at 5pm. Do the math. I called the 800 number to find out next steps since there is no way to call the store directly. It took 15 minutes for a person to answer the call. They were able to call the shop to confirm the car would be finished that evening and the tech would stay late to finish. I finally received a call after 6pm that the car was done and our key would be put in the lockbox. I asked for someone to be there when I picked it up in case there were any issues. I was told by the tech that he was leaving and he would see if his manager wanted to wait. I asked what I should do if I saw a problem and if so, would someone be there to put the car in the garage to lock it up overnight. He said ‘no’ and I would have to just leave it in the lot. Needless to say, neither waited for us to arrive and no new wiper blades were installed. The inside rocker panels and front carpet was filthy with scuff marks and not cleaned prior to pickup. I had plans for that evening that I had to cancel since the installation ran late. I would have expected someone to call at 3:30pm explaining that they were running late and given me the choice to get the windshield replaced later that day or bring it in another time. It was very clear that my time was of no importance.
